Edwin helped me get our boat insurance, he was quick to respond and did a great job! I also had a homeowners policy with them; I took over my mom's home when she passed but Farm Bureau dropped her and wouldn't reinsure under me. State Farm was there and ensured the home with a good rate. The house ended up having a flood before I was able to sell and State Farm did a fabulous job of taking care of the situation. Everybody in this office is very friendly and very helpful, would highly recommend!

Charity Newton at the Joy Morse Agency has been outstanding in her support and service during my recent relocation to Florida. Prior to my move being completed, she was able to provide immediate assistance with a coverage I needed to have in place quickly.  She has worked with me during this move to provide the most outstanding customer service experience - being responsive to all my questions - and providing thorough explanations as we worked to transition all of my insurance needs from another state.  I would highly recommend this State Farm agency, but most importantly - Charity for her wonderful care and attention to all the details.

As per usual,  I was amazed at the attention to detail and overall customer service of the Joy Morse State Farm insurance agency. Lisa and Charity are top notch.

Tony Pollard has proven to be not only a terrific insurance agent but kind-hearted to the extreme.  My husband is in the hospital and I've been experiencing health issues at home.  Mr. Pollard faxed the needed paperwork to my husband's nurses station for his signature and hand delivered forms to my door, after work! Not to mention the many phone calls and emails he's sent and received in order to complete the transaction. The true meaning of excellence in customer service!

I really appreciate being greeted to the office by Lisa Domine every time I come in.  She is so helpful, great personality and makes it a pleasure to come to this State Farm office.

Been with the Joy Morse Agency for a long time and I have never had a problem.  Everyone there is wonderful.  Edwin is the one I work with the most.
