Joy's Flowers

Flowers were ordered for my sister in Memorial Hospital and some idiot called me at 6 AM couldn't figure out that there is a 2 hours time difference between Chattanooga and Denverbecause he said she wasn't in that hospital. Admittedly I don't have a lot of patients for stupidity, especially after being aroused at that hour on a Saturday morning, but the guy couldn't even go to the hospital and ask for her, he called and they said no one was there by that name. There are only 3 or 4 adults in Chattanooga by that name! I called the hospital and they confirmed that she was there and in her room. My brother-in-law confirmed it also. My family in Chattanooga has used Joy's for so many occasions and they have been very good but there is no excuse for a delivery person that can't get the job done!

Twice I have gotten seasonal arrangements from them and both times they are absolutely gorgeous! I cannot get over how fast and talented the staff is. Aaron at the front desk was both professional and helpful, and always goes above and beyond for customer service!

I was embarrassed of what they sent when I ordered a birthday bouquet for my husband. It was absolutely nothing as pictured, not even a slightest resemblance. Flowers were dying and losing petals on the day of delivery. What a shame!

I ordered a bouquet and balloons for a birthday last minute. They were so pretty! I was surprised at how quickly they were put together and delivered. I will definitely be using their services again. I didn’t order online, I called and personally spoke to them. They were helpful and friendly.

They nailed exactly what I was going for and they delivered it the same day. All on short notice too! Would absolutely recommend them! Very professional and very well put together arrangement. She LOVES them! Thank you!!

Hello everyone in Chattanooga, On the 17th of February I went to Joy's Florist on McCallie Ave and asked for a single red rose, baby's breath and some purple flowers. That red rose stayed fresh up until March 1st. A quality rose for a special Memorial Alter. Thank you to the young friendly lady who assisted me. I'll be in again soon. Joseph Formisano

I called the day before for an arrangement to be delivered at a local park in Chattanooga. I do not live in Chattanooga and am so impressed with the efficient service. The family loved the arrangement, which was better than the picture on Joy's webpage. Highly recommend Joy's.

Very disappointing. Nothing like the deluxe floral arrangement I ordered from the picture. It was for a very special couple and it makes me look like a cheapskate, yet I paid nearly $80 for it. It looked like it was thrown together and much smaller. It certainly wasn't deluxe. It is an embarrassment. I will never use Joys Flowers in Chattanooga again. Shame on them and a total waste of my hard earned dollars.

I received a get well bouquet of flowers from Joy’s Flowers. They are the cutest flowers I’ve ever received. They are very fresh. I will be using them if I need to send flowers.
