Gave this place a shot bc there were so many sushi options to choose from and didnt wanna be disappointed. Happy to say, it was very pleasantly delicious. Favorite roll was the Monkey Roll. It had avocado on top and sheeesh It was So Good. Lobster tail roll were ok, the 3 sauces tasted fishy to me. THEIR AVOCADO ROLLS ARE SO NICE, BIG AVOCADOS THEY WERE NOT SKIMPY! We Love That. It was busy dine in for them, I did a pick up order and i felt bad cause I came in too early and the order wasn’t ready. I didnt mean to rush them at all, maybe cause I stood there awkwardly waiting, but they forgot my miso soup when i opened the bag at home. However, All the rolls were on point.
Dropped by for a quick dinner one evening and walked away very satisfied and happy with the meal. The place itself isn’t much to look at but the staff was super nice and accommodating and looked like a spot that locals frequent. We started off with a kani salad which was delicious - just enough mayo and light. We followed it up with yellowtail scallion roll which was very fresh, the spicy tuna roll which was absolutely incredible one of the best I’ve had so far, the Philadelphia roll and the winter roll which was also really good - the fish was tasty and fresh and the sauce wasn’t overwhelming. Overall, everything was very tasty, the fish was super fresh, the rolls are a good size and service was quick. Great spot for a quick meal and a good neighborhood sushi spot! Will definitely come back again.
The sushi omakase was so delicious! Each piece was fresh and perfectly served, especially the uni. Definitely recommend Jpan Sushi to those craving quality sushi at affordable prices. The staff is also very kind and service was 10/10. Thank you for the meal!!
Lovely neighborhood spot with solid food! They were very accommodating and made a social veggie roll for me with sweet potato and avocado. It tasted super fresh and really hit the spot. The eggplant miso was also lovely. Would be nice to reduce single use items like disposable chopsticks and plastic soy sauce containers when eating in. Will be back!
A cosy place with really good sushi. The staff are nice and helpful. And I really appreciate that there is no loud music playing in the background. Vegetarian options: There is vegetarian sushi and more. Kid-friendliness: There is a special kids menu.
Lovely spot for sushi, with an outdoor courtyard. Food was delicious and staff are friendly.
Lovely place and friendly staff, the menu is extensive and one thing you will appreciate is the hand sanitizer on each table. The food was great and the sake.
Cozy place, nice, fast but not intrusive service. Regular prices for the area. 20%+ tip well deserved!
Let's just talk about the staff first. If I could give them 10 Starz I would. I'm in a wheelchair at the moment and didn't realize that due to the door structure I wasn't able to get into the restaurant. So they brought a table outside to accommodate my wife and I which we we thought was SUPER empathetic. So let's just talk about the freshness and the multi colors of dishes that followed was amazing. The tempura wrapped with eel amazing. Prices was extremely good. If you're looking for a tasty but not heavy but filling lunch with a awesome staff, we highly recommend. ENJOY!!!
Family favorite! The fish is always fresh, the service is always friendly and best of all the kids love it!
