JR El Mariachi Mexican Restaurant

The food was good but that was it. The service was bad, the waitress wasn't friendly or welcoming and seemed confused. Ordered a Margarita and it was like they poured lemon juice and sour mix into a glas. Didn't drink it and got a beer instead. First and last time there.

I dont even give them a star horrible service i was so nice to the waitress ans she was rude i had an argument with who came with me and i tried to leave while they were paying the check and they had someone block the exit from me leaving thinking i was leaving without paying ugh so not happy with them at all

This Mexican cuisine restaurant offers fresh, authentic food. The atmosphere is relaxed, "no ties needed" but does offer a friendly and respectful family experience. Not only does the food stay true to it's origins but so does the artwork murals displayed throughout the restaurant, this made for a good photo op with the family. We will visit again when in the area...ask for the "orchata"!!!

Great place if you're looking to take your kids to watch a bunch of guys get drunk on a Sunday at 1 in the afternoon. Service was mediocre at best. For the price.. I expected the food to be much better. I got the Enchiladas w/ Cecinera salted beef steak. Not going to say the food was terrible but I didn't enjoy it. However, the rest of my group did, so that's just me. Still, if I'm looking for decent Mexican cuisine around Riverhead I'll stick with Tacos Mexicanos on Main Street behind Haiku. Or Funcho's for that matter.

This place has very good food and I have to say it's probably one of the better mexican restaurants around. But just don't expect the tip to be included.

We had a great dinner. The food and service were excellent! We'll be sure to try them again.
