Well worth a visit this place sells most things for your home and garden includeing clothing,footwear and work wear,food and outdoor things you can get pet supplies aswell, it also has a cafe which is cheap and lovely, when its your first time there as you go in you get a membership card and 10% off what you buy,
This has loads of bargains variety but since its opened to the public its lost its flare as a dont get why it insist on adding vat at the till now when its become like another B&M Kind of store infact my recent visit they have marked prices up more so ur technically not getting a bargain once u add Vat great deals on fireworks...
Some good deals here, however the 5 stars is for the staff who kindly stayed a little longer after their shift yesterday after a medical emergency unrelated to the store Thanks for your help... Really appreciated!
U P D A T E: Was informed on last visit of total closure of the store. Officially it was the 12th March. Shame to see it go. - Old Review - Some great bargins. Friendly staff. Only manage to get there a few times a year, but normally leave with something. Basic cafe, but good. May have been updated since last visit
Recently reopened after closing down. The challenge now is, finding what you're looking for. Less stock than they previously had but in some respects that will be a good thing. New owners so you need to fill out a form for a new card.
Nice store been few time they need a good upgrade on the stock they have in ! I think it's go backwards they need do something fast better stock in have more stock up fill the shelfs out more if not l can see another shop closed down near northshileds l can't see it open much longer if they don't act now to get it turned around soon l give it end off year before it closed down 4 good ! But need a good upgrade fast better stock in ASAP get thoses shelfs packed up ASAP
Called today for a Christmas Tree and Tracy the staff member assisting here was absolutely brilliant. This lady should be commended on her customer service quality. Helpful, sociable and couldn't do enough to help. It very much restores your faith in the shopping experience. Credit where credit is due.
My husband and I visited the warehouse on Sunday just to look around but I found the perfect man chair for his man shed. the problem was we only have a Small car Very Small but one of the staff moved Heaven and Hell to help us. This young man was called Andrew Harvey and he is the reason for this review he was polite ,patient, and very friendly with a good understanding of the customers needs. It was not about put it in and leave he took the time to Help and made us feel like valued customers. We managed to fit it in with NO damage to the car or the chair. We enjoyed the visit and Recommend you keep an eye out for Andrew his people skills are second to none.
Made a special trip today to purchase items advertised in recent mailshot delivered to my home. Disappointingly, items not yet in store and no-one could advise when they might arrive. However, FIVE STARS are worthy of lovely Andrew who made me most welcome at the coffee shop. The deal of £1 for bacon sarnie delicious and cup of coffee is amazing and worthy of 5 stars, too! Best wishes to everyone as this store seems to have been struggling for some time now.
Definitely would not recommend JTF based on their customer service. We placed an order online on 1st March for several orders. Still not received several of the items. Ordered paint which when delivered was left on the side so the contents spilled it said on the box which way to keep the box. There were other items in the box which were covered in paint. Ordered gravel when delivered was left in the middle of the main road when it was meant to be curb side service. My boyfriend had to manually take wheelbarrows of gravel to the garden in record speed while avoiding traffic. We have made numerous attempts on their forms, calling their customer service number when they are meant to be open and get the answer machine. Try to leave a message but get cut off so cannot leave anything for anyone to call back. Have sent messages on Facebook messenger which show me they have been read but get no response. I just get the automatic response. All we want after 4 MONTHS is to get a refund but cannot seem to get anywhere. We have had other issues with the order which were dealt with quickly but can't understand why everything we have ordered has been such an issue and a hassle to deal with. We are Gold members and are wanting to come out of that but as mentioned above can't get any response to do anything!
