I just received my Zion black and beige sectional sofa and it was in perfect condition. Had it Shipped from California to Louisiana. I was really nervous about that long trip and getting damage along the way, but when it came in, I was really impressed with the way it was protected. It was packaged extremely well so it took a long time to get it all unpacked. But definitely worth it. I highly recommend buying from Jubilee. Very modern and well built furniture. Customer service and the shipping department was also very responsive and kept me in the loop during the sofa travel.
UPDATE!!! Okay these guys provide the best customer service period. Their response is sooo prompt. One of couches had a light fixture out. We emailed them and they sent us the part right away and had someone come install it for us as soon as the part arrived. Honestly this has been the most painless process and we are always buying furniture from Jubilee. We ordered our main house furniture from Jubilee. Their customer service was excellent when we called to inquire about the pricing and ordering process, We were told from the beginning that since this is going to be a large order it will be custom made and it will take about 16-18 weeks to deliver. We ordered our furniture last week of December and we received it on April 28th. We are very happy with the quality and material of the furniture and it looks amazing in our house. It was also amazing to see how nicely packed everything came in. Only the bed required assembly. Couches were already assembled.1 light in the couch was busted but they said they will take care of it and gave us a timeline of 2 weeks to hear back. We are overall very satisfied and in future will be buying more from them!!
First time customer and I am thoroughly impressed. Every contact I have had with Jubilee Furniture staff phone, email, & delivery has been outstanding. Custom order made in August. Was hopeful to receive before the 22 week estimate. Received my Selena Blue sectional on 12/14/22 exactly as pictured & described. Low profile & firm but comfortable. Beautifully made with awesome colors & pillow accessories. A little tricky in the beginning to attach each section, however hunni figured it out. Highly recommend this company!
I recently moved into a new Las Vegas townhome. I needed dining & living room furniture. I saw Jubilee furniture on my way to get lunch. I stopped and am very happy I did. The staff made me feel at home from the start. They were very helpful, knowledgeable. Delivery and setup were on time and done very well. I am very happy with the entire experience.
This by far is absolutely the worst furniture store ever. While receiving your money for a new purchase they are very accommodating but once you receive the furniture you mean absolutely nothing to them. I received my furniture which was a special order and everything that could be wrong was wrong with it. I called customer and the only thing that they could do is repeatedly say the script that they were taught but at no time did anyone listen to me they continue to repeat the script over and over. The headrest were bent, the power cords were missing the pure white leather was mixed with white and off white. After waiting for over 7 months this was a disaster. To this day not one person from the management team has bother to call me.If I were you I would not special order or order from this store. Save your time and money. Buy American do not let these companies ship furniture here and not be willing to provide the customer service that’s needed!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! We paid close to $7,000 for our sectional from them. This came from overseas, and the quality was a joke. They used cheap wood that broke within the first 5 days of use. Jubilee gave us the constant run-around trying to fix it and it's still not fixed!! Not only has it NOT been fixed, no one has actually contacted us to help get it fixed. When you call they say 'the Claims department can't be reached by phone'. Reply to Jubilee's response -- You're claims department is terrible to communicate with. You can't talk to anyone on the phone and now you're complaining about spending around $600 to fix it!! WOW. We spend $6,198 with you, and after talking with the manufacturer in China, I wanted to see the wholesale costs, I know it only costs you $2500 at the MOST. You have a hefty profit on that, and you're complaining about $600?? If you are a consumer and reading this review -- know that Jubilee is GREAT at the presale process, but terrible when you need something fixed. They DON'T make it easy to communicate with them.
I am having a luxury of being in the same city as the store. So for online orders and customer service over the phone, I have no experience. As being in the store: Friendly and helpful. Marylou is awesome, funny and helpful. Katrine apologies if I don't spell your name good is also wonderful and goes straight to point = you know what you get and when. We got large Sydney sectional - which is extremely comfortable. I did see some reviews complaining abut being uncomfortable. Before we decided on our sectional, we sit trough all available at store: yes, they are different. some are very hard, some are less, some or not. Some if you are tall then it's really not your fit, and the headrest might be odd for you, some is the prefect fit. Everything it goes by: what you like - and a little details. We custom ordered armchair to match our sectional. Extremely nice job. Matching coffee table: when it arrived it was actually a wrong table with a wrong glass. It only took 1 phone call to fix it we are calling the store, as we got everything from there. We got the mano tv stand, a bar, and barstools. All of them are amazing. Those barstools are very very comfortable. When the bar was delivered, supposed to come with the sectional which did not arrive, again 1 phone call and the sectional was delivered next day. Delivery is a bit tricky, it's better be on your toe and call and schedule, as they are busy and if you let it go then you could end up with another week of delay. When you order/custom expect about 3 - 4 months to receive it at least - when the port is busy, then that could cause some delay too. The delivery guys are nice, they will unbox/unpack - take it and assemble where you asked them to do it. This gives you an option to inspect it. We just went back to store recently and ordered the Victor bed with some customization, and a matching tv stand. True - it will be not here before Nov - Dec, but I will be getting something awesome again :
Our entire experience with Jubilee Furniture has been absolutely amazing! Nicky is the best! She was so patient and flexible and helped us every step of the way from picking a couch to customizing the configuration and even the colors. Our couch looks stunning and is so unique. We are so happy with Nicky and the entire Jubilee Team as the Delivery Guys were awesome too! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Best bed piece out there! Stylish & modern. Got it in-stock so delivery was very quick! I highly recommend Jubilee Furniture to everyone looking to get some beautiful futuristic furniture. Good customer service and the sales team was amazing!
I ordered $4500 selena module set. It took 4 months to ship from China. When it finally came, I wasn't home and they dumped the boxes with broken pallets. When I opened the boxes, there was forklift damage on the front of the sofa. I reached out to the company and put in a claim. After 5 days, they offered a $120 return. When I didn't answer the next day, they offered a $150 return. After yelling, they offered $200. When I asked for the return, they said everything must be in the box with the pallets and I have to pay the return shipping fee. The sofas looked good but was hard and uncomfortable. I don't recommend buying sofas from here. Know your risk when ordering
