Judging Wisdom Kitchen is named after the owner’s daughters Jaidyn, derived from the Hebrew name Jadon, meaning “Thankful or he is judging” and Sofia, Greek in origin meaning “Wisdom”.
JWK was named after our girls to insure product excellence, as no parent would ever do anything to tarnish the names of their children. Our handcrafted products were created to answer the need of quality, clean and tasteful ice cream for those with an unforgiving pallet.
