BEWARE OF CENTURY 21 BELL REGARDING RENTALS! *once Linda Weppner got rid of SAM things got very BAD! **one svc. call took four months to complete in repairing a ceiling fan. ***upon getting Eric Davis bad management started. ****being a former U.S. Marine our service to country was mocked. *****after five years as great tenants with no issues it took them forever to renew a lease. upon an attorney calling their property management staff member female stated the rental was no longer available because the owner was selling said 307 apt. ******then stated they refused to return $1,850.oo in security depo. funds to a 87 year old senior citizen. {they feel they are above the law and refuse to prepare a Probate Court accounting of how the depo. was used!!} ***ERIC spoke bad about us supporting Trump per our sign in the garage.*** ***This is a Professional Scum Lord Operation!!!*** Stay away from them at all cost all true American Service Members. MARA concerned Senior Citizen

Kelly is the worst. We lost out on a rental because of her. She said she would send me pictures of a house later that afternoon so that we could apply for it. We waited a few DAYS for the pictures, but she never sent them. And in the meantime, someone else applied for the house and got it before we even had a chance to look at it.  BUT, based on the reviews of people that are actually stuck paying money to this company, it sounds like we lucked out not going in to a contract with these people. So thank you Kelly, for not doing your job!!  I would avoid this company completely!

I have lived on my own for 10 + years and never in my life as a renter have I had a company or office care so little about there tenants concerns and well being. The people in the office are rude have no good manner in dealing with the renters. All I ever get is “it’s not our problem” so frustrated and disappointed with Century 21 Bell

If I could give less stars I would. What an absolutely awful experience. Transparency with renters? None Communication with renters? None Timeliness? Nope, not even complying with legal guidelines.  I rented one of their units for less than 10 months and left the place in the exact condition as when I moved out since I was rarely at home during that time and they still managed to find a way to charge me $350 in "cleaning" costs.  Do me a favor and don't bother with this company. Once they have your money, good luck ever getting a timely response if at all from them. Save your money for a company that has even a modicum of respect for the customer.

Absolute worst property management company in Cheyenne.  Contact signing- We showed up to sign the contract with Sam. She was upset we didn’t disclose we had children and had to talk to the owner about having children in the unit. The next problem was we wanted to move in on the 1st, 3 weeks from then. She said if we didn’t sign and take the keys and pay the prorated rent for the month that she would move on to someone else. Sam refused to ask the owner about having a Walmart clause incase we are transferred before the contract is up. These should have been a red flag.  Move in- The carpets were never professionally cleaned, they were dirty. When asked for them to be cleaned again, they refused. The water wasn’t working in a bathroom, it took 2 months for a plumber to show up. A few light fixtures were not working, it took 4 month to have an electrician out. There were holes in the wall, unpainted wall patches and the hardwood needed refinished. The place was a disaster, Sam would not walk it with us before signing the contract. We were stuck since we signed the contract.  Repairs- They do not do repairs in a timely manner. We were without heat for 5 days in the middle of winter. They sent a dirty, sketchy plumber who said he doesn’t know much about furnaces. The dryer never worked. A sliding bathroom door never shut. They was not kitchen sink water pressure, we asked several times to have it looked at and they never sent a plumber. There was a serious mouse problem in the garage. We had 2 mice get into our car from the garage. Yuck.  Breaking lease- We broke the lease 4 months early. They did not list it on their site for over 2 months. When asking Aly, she became rude about it not being listed. I had to market it and find someone so we stopped paying 2 rents. We paid 3 months of rent not living there.  Deposit- It took over 60 days from when a new contract was signed until when we got our deposit. It took multiple times asking to get it back. They deducted us taking things that were never there. They asked for our move in paper work to prove it. Which shows they don’t keep documents. We eventually got it all back, but it took a really long time.

Was a good renter for almost 2 years, recently moved out and was forced to over pay 725 dollars in rent. Paid a $725 deposit when I moved in, took over 45 days to refund my deposit, only refunded $658 because of a late fee on rent when I wasn't late according to the lease. Never returns phone calls, never fixed the AC in my apt, cost me $125 to fix it myself... Beware.

We schedule a viewing for a rental property on Dillon ave last week.  There were multiple people set to view the house.  We waited over half an hour and the agent never showed.  I had made a call to century 21 and they told me the agent just left.  No big deal we thought they were running late.  After waiting 30 min to find the current tenants coming home I called again.  They told us that the agent drove by and saw that nobody was there.  That was  a lie because we were standing out in front of the house.  We were told they would call us back to reschedule and never did.  I called and Spoke with Linda, she did not seem to care about the mix up.  She was not apologetic at all.  Very bad customer service and the fact they lied and never called back.  If I could give a negative star rating I would.

I've been with them for over 20 years and when I decided to terminate our working relationship, the broker informed our tenant that I was difficult and demanding.  20 years and you didn't think my good relationship with the tenant,  despite ineptitude fron the agency,  would preclude them from sharing your unprofessional comments.  Not cool C21 Bell, not cool. The only reason I gave you 2 stars rather than 1 is because of Doris Gilman. 20 years later and we're still friends.
