I visited Julian Center for the first time and could not be more satisfied with my experience. I've been slowly meeting with more holistic doctors who align with my desire to prevent illness as opposed to simply treating illness. I was met with smiles and felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. They spent more time with me, getting to know my medical history and my personal dental and overall health concerns, than any other practitioner I've seen in the past. They thoroughly explained the correlation between your teeth and the rest of your body and so much more. They made sure I was comfortable and ensured a pain free experience. They were clear and concise with all explanations and educated me quite a bit. I can confidently say that I've found a dentist that I will see for years to come and I would recommend them to everyone!
Dr Ryker and Becky were absolutely amazing. I am a sissy when comes to the dentist and they made me feel very comfortable and not agreed any more. There are different things to help if you’re concerned about Novocain. Definitely recommend!
I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years... They made me feel so comfortable and right at home here, everyone was so beyond kind and friendly; from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors. I was in for a cleaning, tests, pics & x-rays so my appointment ran 3+ hours but it felt like no time at all. I highly recommend if you are in need of a dental visit, especially if it's been awhile since your last one. Five stars!! Amazing work!
I highly recommend this company, I usually do not enjoy going to the dentist, but this place is different. Everyone is so friendly, kind and helpful. They have done extensive tooth work for me and I am very happy with the results. I just wish they were closer to me, but it’s worth the drive.
Never before have I experienced such thorough attention from a dental office. The team at Julian Center is professional, knowledgeable and very caring. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire time there. Besides being a top-notch dental office, Julian Center focuses on biological dentistry. “They operate according to the belief system that your oral health is fundamentally connected to your overall health and well-being.” I believe everyone owes it to themselves to experience holistic treatment.

Great first appointment at the Julian Center. Anne and Dr. Sam are well informed about holistic dentistry. I left feeling more educated about oral health and how it affects my body. Toxicity from amalgam fillings is a serious thing and I feel like I will be cared for as I begin the journey of removing toxins from my body. The most thorough dental exam I have ever had. They make the oral health/ body health connection. Thank you.
I was very impressed with the thorough dental intake I received at the Julian Center. They are holistic, and also use the latest cutting edge technologies. Highly recommended-
Dr Sambatara was recommended by a functional medicine doctor for my daughter who struggled with Lyme this whole past year. While she still has to schedule the oral surgery, she has had some treatment with Dr Sam, as have I. They make sure you’re totally relaxed, even cozy, during your treatment. In reading about getting mercury amalgam out, I knew Dr S is who I wanted to do it. I’m a RN and I’m picky. I read his book and wanted only him to do my dental work. His cutting edge tests and compassionate ways and his warm, smart assistant Anne had me from the first visit. But not only the first visit, all of the visits speak to the entire staff’s palpable caring ways. Receptionist Janet is so bubbly and smiley! They are ALL helpful as can be and really work with you. I once mixed up an appointment time and they worked out the schedule to fit me in anyway… I felt so bad. Then recently I had a payment fail and the office manager was so patient while I got the matter straight. It is expensive and you pay up front, but it’s worth it! So worth it. I drive 3.5 hours and will continue. That’s how worth it it is. If you have any knowledge of functional medicine and/or any big dental concerns you’ll want to give this office a call.
Anyone looking for a more Holistic Dentist should absolutely try the Julian Center. I originally found them in April when looking to get my Mercury Amalgam filings removed. They exceeded my expectations on that procedure and every other service they have performed for me. Customer service is 10/10 and they make you feel right at home. The services they offer are top tier and some of the highest quality offered when it comes to Holistic Dentistry. I love coming to my appointments here and would highly recommend to anyone who asks.
