Description

Opened in 2012, Julie's Airport Cafe holds the title as our very first restaurant. This location is the only place where you can still find classic breakfast & lunch menu favorites that can’t be found anywhere else! In addition, the location boasts both award winning service and features a menu crafted with homemade, fresh, local and sustainable ingredients, designed by Powell River's Business Woman of the Year 2012, Julie Darveau.

Ordered fish and chips, Labrador, buffalo chicken burger and wanton soup. Wanton soup is delicious! Fish and chips is ok. Labrador is good too. Buffalo chicken burger is a bit salty for me.

I was in town for my brothers wedding and we needed breakfast prior to the wedding. It was also Father’s Day so getting a table would’ve been difficult but the staff made it work. I appreciate the effort they put in so we could eat a meal before the big day. The atmosphere is an amazing the food was even better and I really appreciate the staff creating a table for us even on Father’s Day if you’re in the area you have to try this restaurant. Kid-friendliness: All of the airplanes that are hung from the ceiling will keep your kids interested for the time it takes for the food to arrive
Completely love this spot. For any pilot reading this, Julies is super convenient, just a short 3 minute walk from the airport. Service is fast, and tasty. Bonus points for the aviation themed menu item names, and all the decor on the walls! Very home-y!

Great early start to the day, friendly staff, nice strong coffee and a solid breakfast. Docking a star because the hollandaise was pretty sour, but overall I think it is a good place to get breakfast. Next time we stop in I'll update to 5 stars if we again have a pleasant experience.
The food is amazing. If you ever get the chance to go here, you will not be disappointed. The staff and service are on point, and the interior of the building matches the theme since you are right next to the airportFood: 5/5
Staff was friendly and food was real good. It's a good location. Right next to the airport. Little more expensive than I expected, but I guess everything has gone up.
Cute little cafe serving standard breakfast fare and more later in the day, but I can only comment on the breakfast. Fast service even on a busy Sunday morning. If you're an aviation buff the decor is sure to keep you entertained. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Worth a stop even if you're not going to the airport already.Food: 4/5
