Our Holy Cross Food Festival in Ormond Beach was a success thanks to Jump for Joy! Great company! Easy to order, arrived on time, set up all our equipment. We ordered a bounce house, snow cone and pop corn machines. Robbie showed how to work the equipment. Showed up at the appointed time to break down. No hassles with these guys! We will certainly have them back out next year!!
After calling many companies I found the best one! I rented a water slide for my daughter’s 5th birthday with Jump for Joy the prices are reasonable, they told me they will be at my house at 10am they came exactly at 10 very punctual also the service was amazing I spoke with Angel on the phone she was very helpful at the time of choosing the equipment I called her many times because I had a lot questions she answered everytime and was willing to help and answer all my questions the two guys that came and installed the slide were very friendly I didn’t ask for their names but they did a great job!!!! Overall we all enjoyed the slide and like my daughter said best birthday ever I will recommend jump for joy without any hesitation thank you.
Absolutely the best place for bounce houses! Affordable and the company has great customer service we have used them twice now and ordered for a day and a half but got the bounce house for four days total and my kids loved every bit of it! They make everything as stress free as possible. I’ll definitely be continuing to use jump for joy
Would have been 5 stars but they did not follow through with the agreement. We needed the bounce house, tables, & chairs delivered Friday so we would have time to set up for Saturday. They promised us that there was not a problem and it was even wrote into our contract. But they did not show up Friday. We waited, emailed multiple times and left a voicemail. It was not until much much later Friday night that we got a response that they would not be able to bring the stuff that Friday but they will be there bright and early at 9:00 a.m. the Saturday of the event that started at 11:00 a.m. Once they were there they were polite and they did set up the tables and place the chairs and set up the bounce house. We was a little late getting started. But the party was a success overall. I give them 9/10
First, let me say I have rented from Jump for Joy for many years now and the majority of my experience were good. Sadly, this will be my last. This is the second time I have received a soaked slide covered in sand , grass, and smelling of mold. I assume it was used the previous day and not dried or clean out What I ordered was not what was delivered. I ended up with a mismatched set as I was told the coordinating part was torn the day before. However, I was not given a warning or a chance to change my almost $500 order. I could have looked past this had it at least been clean. Angle is very friendly on the phone and offered to send the delivery guys back to clean it but at that point I had five kids out with all my household towels cleaning it off.
Jump For Joy help to make our annual church event a big hit with family's and their kids. They absolutely loved the bounce house, snow cone and popcorn machine. Professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
First off… if you look down below at the “owners” response. You will find it’s a Direct reflection of their professionalism. Everything he said was a lie, with zero empathy or apology with a classless statement! Absolutely terrible experience!! I have rented from this place many times, but since then the quality of the company has gone extremely downhill. It was my daughters birthday, and I ordered a bounce house for her to be here at 2 PM. A guy came early to set it up… not to mention, he walks straight through my back gate. And I have a very protective breed, so thank you Jesus… he was not outside. I asked him if he could please come back in a few hours because I wasn’t expecting him to come that early and the lady on the phone confirmed my time for 2-5. Instead of just telling me he’s not coming back, he said “okay” had an attitude and walked away. AND NEVER CAME BACK and knew he wasn’t. I called the company, and the lady on the phone told me “oh he’s not going back, they deliver at a certain time and that’s it” So instead of being respectful, and helping with the misunderstanding of the time, and letting me know he wasn’t able to come back. I would have gladly told him to just go ahead and set it up at that time. But the whole company had an attitude and told me it was my fault. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. And don’t recommend anyone using them.
Absolutely LOVE Jump for Joy. I have rented from them twice now in the past 3 months. It all started in May, when I was in desperate need for something for my sons 10th birthday. The one company we have used in the past would not return my calls, so I reached out to Jump for Joy after finding a review of them on Google. And they will be our exclusive rental place for parties and fun weekends going forward. Robbie and his wife are super nice and helpful. Chris, one of the delivery guys is also really nice and friendly. Everything was clean when delivered. The kids, of course had an amazing time on both occasions. All in all, if you are looking for a place that delivers a great product with great service, this is the place to rent from!
Jump for joy is awesome & the only place I will EVER rent from!!!! They came to set up for my daughters birthday & realized it wouldn’t fit in the yard, even if we moved a bunch of stuff. Soooo the guys made a call went & grabbed another slide & they were back within 45 minutes!! They go above and beyond to please their customers!! Highly recommend to everyone!!!!
Always happy with our rentals, different options of water slides are available. Amazing friendly people. Been renting for years with these guys and will continue too.
