Let's face it... There are hundreds of teachings that parents hope to instill in their kids. JUK is your FUN/HIP substitute teacher. JUK incorporates these teachings in a dance form of workout with fun, hip, rhythms and rhymes with underlining music hosted, conducted, and played by DJ Jump Up. These catchy phrases demonstrate and coincide with the motions, "looking both ways before crossing the street or cleaning up your room, making up the bed, buckling the seatbelt, waiting for the bus, etc...” giving kids the ability to remember and implement these practices through repetition, sight, fun, and rhymes.
Jump Up Kids practices active teaching methods that make the art of teaching simplistic expeditious, and FUN. Rhymes, rhythms, music, dances, fitness, and high energy are the recipes for successful
learning and helps prevent obesity in kids. Michelle Obama promotes health and fitness for kids in her “Let's Move” foundation because obesity is running rapid in todays communities. Kids are inactive and spend too much time on video games, texting, and social networks. DJ Jump Up and Jump Up Kids have combined learning with fitness and excitement to help prevent obesity and promote the well-being of children while encouraging them to put the devices down and JUMP UP.
