The Junction City Arts Council was founded for the purpose of bringing together individuals and organizations interested in the promotion and development of all forms of art and culture in Junction City and Geary County. We continue to pursue this vision.
TO OFFER A VARIETY OF ARTS AND ACTIVITIES THOUGH COOPERATION WITH OTHER ENTITIES TO INCREASE MEMBERSHIP AND AWARENESS IN CREATING AN ARTS AND ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT IN JUNCTION CITY.
TO INVOLVE OUR COMMUNITY IN THE ARTS, TO BUILD PARTNERSHIPS THAT PROMOTE ART AND ARTISTS, TO CULTIVATE OUR YOUNG ARTISTS, AND EXPLORE NEW CULTURAL OPPORTUNITIES.
