After school Kids Cooking Classes
hands-on cooking and nutrition education curriculum for young people ages 7 through 14. The Food Adventurer's Kids Cooking Classes introduce youth to the pleasures of preparing and enjoying "real food" that is both nutritious and delicious - an essential step toward health and well-being. In class we will learn; how to make healthy easy snacks, basic cooking skills, the joy of eating, cooking with fresh fruits and vegetables, and how to be a productive family members.
