Junior Chefs, Teaching Healthy Eating, Seed to Plate to ages 5 - 99.

This unique program teaches the entire process of seed to plate cooking. Classes geared toward specific age groupings. Class instruction includes teaching sanitary practice in the kitchen, proper use of kitchen appliances and utensils, knife skills, following recipes, menu planning, cooking techniques and plating.
"I really love teaching this program because they are learning to cook from scratch, kind of a lost art due to parents being so busy. I remember being so busy with our 7 kids when they were all in sports we were always on the go and ate fast food, box food, junk food. The kids actually loved snow days and off time because I would cook all day long... They are all grown now but what is great is that they all can cook from scratch, to include my sons and they are fantastic cooks. This program is a fun time for 2 hours and they learn something that will last them a lifetime."
