Extremely small selection of hair extensions and overall hair products. Wigs are not the best and could stand to be updated. Definitely not the best location for a beauty supply store. It's too small. Nothing exciting or fascinating. I couldn't find a single item to buy.

Closes 10 minutes early, and stops answering the phone before that. Very unprofessional & inconvenient for customers. Should I update the hours so that they reflect the hours they are actually open to customers.They we’re gone before 8pm from the premises. ‍ They came highly recommended from a neighbor of mine, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Cashier was very accommodating, friendly. A welcome place for some of my headcovering needs. Lovely items!!

People who work there are rude it's trashy out side and a lot of homeless are around

Not a very big store however they had all my beauty needs. I also love the fact the employees are helpful and don't attack as soon as you walk in.

My daughter found all the hair accessories she needed for her upcoming prom.

They have variety but costly & employee was shown my card for points for purchase & simply overlooked my request & i will be returning products& purchasing them elsewhere!!! People treat other like you would want to be treated in life PERIOD & ESPECIALLY CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AND IM A LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH A LOYALTY CARD & NO RESPECT FOR MY PATRONIZING THIS STORE& ITS OTHER SHOPS I COULD SPEND MY MONEY AT!!!

I really like that this shop has a lil bit of everything.
