I'm a Reiki master and also offer hand and foot reflexology treatments.
What is reflexology?
It's applied pressure to specific points on the hands and feet. These points correspond to various organs and body systems (nervous,musculoskeletal, circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, immune & lymphatic, reproductive, urinary, and digestive system).
Essentially your hands and feet are a map to your body.
The sessions can last 45-60 minutes and they are very relaxing.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energy therapy that promotes healing and overall well being. It requires laying hands on or very near to the client. Reiki harnesses ki (energy) through the practitioner to the client so their body can harness their own ki for self healing in mind body and spirit.
A Reiki session is very relaxing, typically is performed laying on a massage table, or if need be it can be done sitting in a chair.
Reiki and reflexology will benefit anyone of any age!
