They did it again!! Penny is amazing! I needed a bed after my wife's surgery for her to recover and not have to go up & down the stairs, great service, great price, great bed! So just recently needed to replace our twelve year old mattress... Where do you think we went?? Right!! Just Beds!! Oh yeah guess who took care of my wife & I ?? Penny great service, great price, great bed... Well my daughter has back problems could come from a bad mattress... Oh yeah you guessed it we took her to Just Beds ;-
I just had the most wonderful experience shopping for a mattress at Just Beds in Grovetown. The sales associate Penny is very knowledgeable and was very patient. Although they did not have the mattress I wanted in stock, I was very impressed with her knowledge and customer service and had it ordered. Give Penny a raise! :
I had the opportunity to deal with Just Beds in Grovetown and had an amazing experience. The customer service I received from Larry was over-the-top. The prices are the best I have seen...online and off. AND...my mattress, a Palmerston Plush mid-range $ is amazingly comfortable. The delivery was right on time and the delivery guys were friendly and helpful! I would recommend you 'start' your search for a new mattress at "Just Beds' and you won't have to go any place else!!! Thanks so much!!
I purchased a memory foam set from Penny this month and I LOVE it. I walked in there on the fence about what I wanted but she answered all of my questions and then some. She was very patient with me, let me know which bed would fit my budget and needs. I walked out with a new set of sheets AND pillows for the new bed coming in the same week. Super fast delivery, I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you!
Have had to replace my box spring for my bed several times, and this time they are trying to charge me $75 to replace my bed and box spring. I have been texting Larry White starting back on April 6th at 11:15am and have gotten nowhere it seems will not ever buy a bed from here again. I have the correct frame so I know it is no fault of my own. Serta makes A very nice bed I have one of the I series beds but the box spring keeps breaking.
Penny was super helpful! The store is nice and clean, good selection of mattresses. We got a very good price and free pillows and sheets with our mattress!
Best deals around when I was looking for my bed. Very easy to work with on delivery schedule and very friendly. Threw in a lot more stuff than other stores for a lot less. Check prices out and about and compare them here.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Their beds are reasonably priced. They aren't pushy or all about the upsell.
Great store, friendly sales lady, we just couldn't afford what they were asking for a King size bed.
