We are pleased with the woven wood shades we purchased from Just Blinds. The process was easy and the blinds came in ahead of schedule after we placed the order. The installations were done efficiently and without any problem. The people were professional. It seems to be a great product, reasonably priced with good customer service.
I highly recommend Just Blinds! Over 15 yrs I’ve used them 5x the Sales Rep is very nice, not pushy, easy to talk to, installer is same works steady; all my Plantation Shutters look so beautiful, once I had 2 loose shutter boards after yrs of use, they came right over replaced pins and were gone in 15 min! You’ll never regret using Just Blinds!
Can't say enough good things!! This is the second time we've used Just Blinds and we have been extremely satisfied both times. Ben is a fantastic consultant. He is knowledgeable, personable and dedicated to providing excellent service to his customers. The installation team did a great job with our latest project - honeycomb shades for the patio doors. We wanted something that would keep the afternoon sun and heat out without totally blocking the light. These are perfect!! We would absolutely recommend Just Blinds to anyone in need of window treatments and would definitely use them again ourselves.
Process was easy easy easy. Thanks to Andrew, who was prompt, kind, and knowledgeable about the products. All of my shutters were made and up before the promised date. John installed them quickly and was helpful and they all went in perfectly. They are beautiful and add so much to my home. I would definitely use this local company again.
Great place to get blinds. Very easy process. Andrew came to house explained the difference between faux and wood .Measured my windows. I placed order. Blinds arrived quickly .john came and installed. The blinds are Very reasonably priced . They look great.
Just Blinds in Prattville has a wonderful staff to help with all your window treatments. Ben Miers came to our home to help us choose shades for our lake house. Very professional, friendly, and on time. Great suggestions. The office staff, especially the Tina Bass, kept us up to date on our order and delivery date. She was always able to answer our questions. The two installers arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job installing our new blinds. I appreciated how quickly and efficiently they worked, leaving our home very clean. It has been a pleasure to work with this company and would highly recommend them to other home owners. We live in a very rural area on Lake Mitchell and often have problems getting work done , not so with Just Blinds in Prattville. Nancy & Sam Piccolo
The service, staff & blinds were/are outstanding. The new blinds look great and the install was quick & professional. Additionally, the followup to ensure satisfaction has really be awesome.
Product, personnel, and services exceeded expectations in every way!!! In a world that seems to have regressed in customer service and pride in a job well done, the Just Blinds team was not satisfied with “good enough”. The install team was extremely detail oriented and focused on my complete satisfaction! The results speak for themselves, but that doesn’t stop me from singing their praises! 10/10 Highly Recommended!
Sue and Gil were both very helpful helping us with decorating our Living and Dining room windows. They were very knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely use them again for future home projects!
