Jenna is magical! I was lucky enough to stumble upon her online years ago. After moving to the area, I didn't know where to go for an awesome massage, so I took a guess, booked an appointment, and am soooo glad I chose Just Breathe. As someone in their 40s who plays sports that hurt my body, I have been amazed at Jenna's ability to not just help me feel better, but get right to the root of the problem again and again. Don't walk, run even if it hurts! to book an appointment. You will not be disappointed. And you will feel better after!
I have been going a few months now monthly appointments with Jenna. She is now the third massage therapist I have tried in Southern New Hampshire and she is by far the best! She is knowledgeable, has years of experience, and is funny! You will most definitely feel better after a visit with Jenna!

I am 12 months post-spine surgery - spinal fusion from my sacrum through L2. And I cannot say enough good things about Jenna's knowledge and expertise in the Holistic Healthcare area - I only wish I had started sooner even pre-surgery. Massage by Jenna is the best 90 or 120 mins. This is no "foo-foo" massage - this is the real-deal targeting: trigger points, the layers of muscle, the fascia, stretching - Jenna knows the anatomy well. Additionally, I have had a chronic sinus and cough problem for years, and Jenna recommended a supplement that has provided great relief. Thank you Jenna !!
Had my first visit to Just Breathe a couple weeks ago. Had been having upper back and arm problems from playing tennis so thought I'd try having a Therapeutic Massage. Called and made appointment with Carolyn Burnett, Therapeutic Massage Therapist. It was absolutely wonderful and one of the best things I've done for myself. I left with all the knots gone from my back and felt so great! I scheduled another appointment and went back again the next week and will continue to see Carolyn when needed. I can't say enough great things about her! If you want a really great Therapeutic Massage or any massage at all, I'd highly recommend Carolyn. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. She's great!!!!
My first visit to Just Breathe was last week. I was highly impressed with the setting . It’s a welcoming environment with large comfortable rooms. I followed my massage therapist from a different location because quite simply put, she’s the best . Carolyn listens to what you need and want . This is not my first rodeo but it IS the first time I followed someone to a different location. Yes, she’s THAT Good. Give her a try at Just Breathe LLC .
No words can describe Jenna that could possibly due her justice. She's an amazing human being with the knowledge I've never seen before in her field. Over the years she's helped me with numerous aliments leaving her establishment a new person on the inside and out!
Without a doubt in my mind the absolute best thing I've ever done for mysel.all the years I've been going from massages Hundreds of them and I've never felt as good as when I leave her place she is an absolute miracle worker. I've gone to Just Breathe for 3 years now. Jenna is an amazing massage therapist and teacher. She fixed my neck problem to where I am pain free now! Also, all my little aches and pains that develop she massages right out of me! Her knowledge of essential oils is amazing. I've started diffusing them in my home and they've helped me with allergies, headaches, and eliminating cold symptoms. Also, ask for the clove and orange facial - simply amazing!
