Michelle did an incredible job with our trip to Italy! We were traveling with two kids ages 6 and 8 and she managed to make the trip a memorable and fun one for everyone. The way the itinerary was planned made it SO easy to travel with kids. We had so many fun experiences mixed with free days! and it really took the pressure off and made it an incredible experience. I highly recommend Michelle if you want a stress free vacation with all the details planned. I cannot wait for my next vacation!
Michelle provided us with a seamless experience from start to finish. During the planning stages she listened to our wants and needs and answered all our questions. Communication was top notch as was all her follow up. Michelle checked in with us during our vacation and again when we returned home. Cannot recommend Michelle and Just Escape Travel enough! We are excited to begin planning our next adventure soon.
Wow, this was a trip of a lifetime, we’re still buzzing about it 3 months later. Michelle curated such a phenomenal trip for us, totally and surprisingly in our budget, considering all the things we were able to do and see. We had her help us plan our trip to India for our friends’ wedding, and we knew we would have a long layover about a day and a half in Vietnam. With everything we did in Vietnam, it felt like we were there for about a week and it was only less than 2 days! Then, with less than a week in India, we got to experience 3 cities, seeing the old markets and massive palaces, eating the best food and drinking the best chai in the world. We wouldn’t even think about considering another travel agent—she is our go-to for life now!!
My husband and I had the most perfect trip planned for our honeymoon in Moorea. Michelle helped us throughout the entire planning process and helped us decide which location to visit based on our wants/needs. She arranged all of our trip including flights, hotels, transfers and planned activities for us. The whole process was seamless, and she was always available for any questions/concerns that would arise. Can’t recommend this company more, especially for honeymooners!!
Michelle with Just Escape Travel is truly the Chief Escape Organizer. I just came back from a week-long vacation in Thailand. Thanks to Michelle and her team's excellent/flawless planning I had the best time in Phuket & Krabi. She curated the activities during my trip that made the entire vacation a very personalized and enriching experience. We just returned from an incredible trip to Japan! Michelle did an excellent job planning all of the trip details. Each itinerary activity flowed seamlessly into the next, where every connection with our guide or transportation were always punctual. Consequently, we were able to complete all of our planned activities in a week's time. I highly recommend Just Escape Travel for your next vacation!
We really enjoyed our trip to Moorea. Michelle knows the island and the quality experiences. The view from the OWB at the Hilton Moorea was spectacular.  The bungalow itself was well laid out, well appointed, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The staff/ service was excellent. The tours Michelle suggested lived up to expectations. Dr.Pooles excursion was spectacular and so informative.  Mana, our guide , for the Moorea Mahana tour was knowledgeable about indigenous culture and was very kind. Our sunset cruise was gorgeous and very romantic. We wanted to donate to the local animal rescue after seeing the condition of the dogs on the island and the concierge found the number and called them for us. They allowed us to leave an envelope at the front desk for them.  The resort had also adopted a mascot kitten and cares for feral cats/kittens onsite. Perfect resort for us! The Hilton Moorea offered a couple of vegan /vegetarian/ gluten free options at the grill. On our anniversary they were kind enough to offer a plate of gf pastries. We also thought that was very sweet of them. All in all a very relaxing, reconnecting experience for my husband and I.
Thank you, Michelle, for another great trip! We just returned from a 13 day Eastern Seaborne Canada Cruise onboard the Viking Sky. Michelle arranged champagne and goodies for arrival, which was such a lovely surprise for my husband’s 70th birthday. The ship was beautiful and overall, we had a great cruise. Since this has been our 6th trip with Michelle at Just Escape Travel, the stand-out trips are the custom designed trip that Michelle creates. We have been to Tanzania & South Africa, Portugal & Spain, Australia & New Zealand, and Italy. She arranges it all, so we can fully enjoy our time on our trip. We value and trust her insight and would highly recommend Just Escape Travel.
Michelle and team have provided travel services for us on 2 different trips and both were fantastic. One was tropical and one was historical but both embodied a superior quality that JET is famous for.
We went on a 7 day vacation to Santorini, Greece. Michelle planned everything from flights to excursions and everything was a breeze!She was fast to respond via email if I had any questions, we did not have to worry about anything and did not run into any issues while abroad. The hotel that was booked had amazing views of the caldera with 5 star service! I will definetly be using this company for our future travel plans.
