JUST GOOD STUFF offers shipping and delivery options. If buying a large item please make sure you have a vehicle large enough to transport your item, and enough help to load it. For we are a small business, and sometimes extra help is not available. Thank - you for your patience.

TERMS: Consignment term is 180 days from the date of drop off by the consignor.The consignor will receive 50% of the final sale.
PRICING AND PRICE REDUCTION: Just Good Stuff and the consignor will come to agreement, which we both will agree with.
PICKUPS: The unsold items must be picked up by the consignor, within 7 days following the end of the consignment term. Any items not picked up after the end of the consignment term, Will become property of Just Good Stuff.
MERCHANDISE: All items accepted by Just Good Stuff must be in saleable condition and not in need of repair or cleaning.
CANCELLATION: Early contract cancellation will have a fee of 20% based on the original selling price of the reclaimed items. Paid at the time of removal from the showroom.
WHAT WE DO NOT ACCEPT:
1. Computers, Appliances, Electronics
2. Mattresses
3. Chipped or repaired glassware or china.
4. Items in need of repair, cleaning,missing or broken hardware.
5. Pet fur, homes of smokers.
