Loved my 5in 1 combo bounce house!! Kids of all ages had a blast and kept them occupied for hours!! Great price, quality, and service! Highly recommend and will definitely be back again!!

I will definitely be renting from them again. We bought the princess package with snow cone machine, and Jumbo Connect 4. The drivers came and set up without any issues. They even set up a few hours in advance without any additional cost. They came to pick-up right on time. The whole process was so quick and easy. I received reminders via email. I even signed the contract online. Everything was straightforward and to the point. I called at about 8:30pm the night before our event and left a voicemail requesting a generator we thought it would be too late but tried anyways, that same evening we received an updated invoice with the generator added in! It was so quick and easy. We had an issue with the snow cone machine. However, as soon as we texted the company about it, we immediately got a response about having it refunded! Although you didn’t really talk to a person over the phone, the customer service was definitely on top of everything. Quick responses, products were as described, and set-up and take down were super easy, as their employees handled everything.

So happy to find a company that does what it says it will do! Rented the combo bounce house for my family's Easter celebration on a Saturday. The equipment was brought out and set up in mere minutes by very professional and congenial persons. The bounce house was so amazing, and a total hit with the children. The company rep was back at the designated hour to remove the unit and did so in a very concise way. Our family highly recommends "Just Jump Alot" and we will be using them again in the near future. Thank you JJA for making our get together so much more fun for the grandchildren!

I ordered a bounce house from them for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. The bounce house was delivered a day earlier no extra charge due to their busy schedule. The drivers J & K were great. Very nice and professional. The bounce house was a good size and very sturdy. My only major complaint was that it was really dirty on the inside. I had to wipe down the whole bounce house with water in order for the kids to play on it. Nonetheless the kids had a BLAST, which was the main goal. Would I recommend them? Yes, in fact people were stopping to ask where did we get the bounce house from. I’d suggest, for future references, that they make sure their bounce houses are thoroughly cleaned before and after set up.

This company is completely unreliable. If I could give them zero stars I would. I rented a $300 bounce house for my kid’s joint bday party on a Saturday. We had 30 kids. My event started at 1:00 and the bounce house still hadn’t been delivered. Starting at noon I began making calls and texts to the office number and never received a call back letting me know when the bounce house would arrive. At 1:10 the driver called and said they would be at my house in 20 min. They didn’t show up until 3:15 2 hours later! By then my guests were leaving. My entire bday party for my kids was ruined and I never received any kind of apology or explanation for failing to meet their end of the contract. What’s even worse is when the truck did show up and my husband turned them away, they drove away cussing at my husband and calling him a bi***. Completely unprofessional! My 5 year old is still asking why she didn’t have a bounce house at her party. The stress of waiting for this bounce house to show up, and the time I spent calling the office could have been better spent figuring out how to entertain 30 kids. I was completely distracted expecting it would show at the time we agreed to. If I could blast this company in more ways I would. Find another company to rent from- they do not deserve your business!

The Just Jump A lot crew is awesome! They are always on time with a clean bounce house. They have a wide variety, which is always helpful, especially since I plan large fundraising events for the community. I never really know the age of the kids who will attend. I've always received a call notifying me of their anticipated arrival time and everyone is incredibly friendly. Just Jump A Lot has also helped support non-profit organizations by providing their services at a discounted rate for several fundraising events. They are a wonderful company and asset to the community. Thank you for all of you help!

I rented a party package from Just Jump A Lot for my daughter’s second birthday. The employees should up early and set up everything and even included a demonstration of how to use the cotton candy machine! I was not charged for the extra tome that we got with the bounce house. The employees were friendly and hard working! This is the second year I have used them and they are my go-to company for rentals. Also, I ordered the package and because I did I also received the discounted rate for additional rental items I added to my order. Just Jump A Lot really made my party a hit with the kids and parents!

Just Jump Alot arrived early for setting up, which was great! They did everything I just provided an extension cord: They are reasonably priced! Finding a reasonably priced bounce house rental is difficult, so as you can imagine I was happy to find this place. I teach preschool and they loved it! We rented the extra large bounce and they played on it for hours!

This place is amazing! Ordering was super easy and when they set up and tore it down that went really fast. The bounce house seemed brand new and was even better than the pictures! The cotton candy machine was really easy to use and there was plenty of product provided! I rate this place 5+++ stars! Great company!

Great service and all of the kids loved the bounce house! Just Jump A lot went above and beyond to provide us with a bounce house, table, and chairs last minute!! We had already booked a rental with another company that decided to cancel our rental last minute by email instead of calling us. I called Just Jump A lot at 10am and they were able to bring all the stuff we needed for our 1pm party. Will definitely be using them the next time we throw a party, thanks again guys!
