We stored items with Just Store It for over a decade and have never had any problems at all. They are fantastic people who are easy to work with.
Clean, secure, and well-maintained, with friendly staff and reasonable prices. I'm happy with my choice to store my belongings here.
It was a pretty simple process. You rent everything online and then after you pay you can put in your code and pull through. Only problem we had was the website wasn’t taking our payment so we called after hours weekend and a lady took the information and we were done. It might be kinda hard to get a really big vehicle around the lot, it’s a little tight. Best price in town though!!
Final Update: Owner reached out and apologized, so am bumping the review back to 3 stars, but ensuring this review stays unchanged on here Recent Update: Even after notifying them that I was vacating the unit I have email proof, they still charged me for an additional month. I will be disputing the charge with Chase since the call center they hire to answer their phone isn't able to do too much. They have since refunded the additional charge Update: check your Spamfolder in email for the gate code. They sent me 3 emails, but two of the emails went to spam folder, the only email that went to normal inbox was more like a receipt. If I had simply checked that I could have got in. I was able to maneuver my Silverado with a 6' x 12' UHAUL. It was tight, but I dont think I could have done it with my original storage place in El Paso Original review 1 star: Paid to rent a unit yesterday and never received a gate code, had to rent a hotel for 105$ and stay overnight since I couldn't get in and store my stuff. I am back here at 0825 and still cant get in. Just got out of the Army on monday and this is a big roadblock in my journey
Very easy process. I reserved my unit and paid my first month's rent through the website. Staff followed up with me through a phone call to make sure I was able to access the gate and unit. Very courteous staff on the phone, and the unit was very clean! Only issue I had was trying to purchase a lock through the automated machine. Upon entering my cash, it responded that the lock could not be dispensed and printed me a receipt that I have to take to the office to receive a refund.
I had problems reserving a unit online and the employee on call saw my attempts online and called me and took care of it over the phone during her non-working hours. Impressive! Access is quick, easy, clean, safe. *Bring wirecutters to remove the temporary lock on your unit... and of course your own lock to put on it.
I have used their services for a while , a big upfront payment but worth it to not worry about for two months
It doesn't have security cameras or paved drive some of my stuff was taken out of my unit and when ask them to run security cameras back I was told that they didn't have them you would think for the price you pay for a unit that they would have cameras and that it would be paved.
We had a great experience here. The team is very responsive and kind. They also noticed when we didn’t put our lock back on and were able to provide a temporary lock until we were able to make it back. If we ever have to store again this is the location we would choose.
This is the second time we have received an email in error. Today we get an email saying we have successfully been moved out of our storage. We always make our monthly payment and this is what we have to go through. I called and all I got was an answering service and she told me they would call me back at their earliest convenience. I think when they mess up they should call you back ASAP. So now I’m sitting here wondering if they cut my lock and removed my items.
