I don't know much about the company but their truck almost ran me off the road. I'm sure your furniture is great but not worth my life.
Have had my justice mattress 15 years. Still doing fine. Can't complain.
Since there isn't a way to leave a review for Justice furniture, I decided to leave my sofa experience here. In just over a year, the cushions are way too soft. Sure....they say lifetime warranty but what the store I bought it from in Washington Mo. forgot about is paying for freight to send the sofa cushions back for new insides. It doesn't feel like they use foam originally but more like polyfil. Very disappointed in the 100% Polyester fabric too. It is already getting pils. This sofa is only used on weekends and we don't have kids or pets that would affect wear and tear. Would not recommend this company or buy anything made by them again.
We don't want to fail to express our gratitude and recognize this business for being so kind and giving back to their community by donating mattresses and box springs to a kinship family a family undertaking the responsibility for care of related children to prevent their placement in foster care. This can be an unexpected expense and extra beds are often a need! We so greatly appreciate community assistance in our mission to support these families. If I could rate it less I would. Claims to be a family run business but treats their employess like overseas sweatshop workers. And pushes Quality but then lets things go out the door below standards...and supervisors are fully aware of this!! Very poor management practices. Honestly surprised the can stay in business!!
Starting to think about a new sofa because we're giving ours to our son and his new bride. Ours is leather with memory foam in the cushions. This is absolutely the nicest sofa I've ever seen. It's well made and very comfortable! They are more expensive, but Justice products will always be my first choice in furniture. It doesn't hurt that they're American made in Lebanon, MO!
Buy their furniture just for the privilege of dealing with their salesman Johnny Cox. This elder gentleman is a true joy. He knows and believes in his product. GREAT COMPANY, product & people. We are most confident that our Tree House cabin guests are enjoying the best.
We purchased the Melrose queen mattress by Justice 5 months ago. The areas my husband and I sleep are already wallowed out i weigh 140 lbs, the pillowtop is rolled downward from getting in /out. It is American made but not worth the $1500 we paid for it.
We purchased a WIndham Body Print System mattress 8 to 10 years ago from Justice Bedding Company. Very expensive mattress. We got used to the warm sleeping in the summer by removing blankets altogether. Winter sleeping was great !!! However, after 6 years or so it started to slag on the sides. We think the foam is disintegrating on the inside. The first 5 years were great sleeping support and very soft feel altogether. Well.... as far as value, not sure. It would be a $3000 mattress or more in today's dollars for sure.
I can only rate based on the fact that they only sell to furniture stores. This is a wholesale place and should say so on their door. They said go to Heltons because they sell to them. Heltons is overpriced and the staff there are snobby and think they are better than everyone else.
