Terri Jacobs and fellow employees were awesome. We had a good time and got a perfect pair of boots with polish. Reasonable pricing and will definitely be back, when I am back in the area.
What a great store! Bought 2 pairs more of Justin boots. One for me and one for the hubby. If your looking for a durable boot Justins are them. Bought 2 pairs in 1999 had them resoled due to excessive wear and dancing. The leather or laces have never broken down. Everyone was very helpful and boot prices are amazing.
This place is a Freaking Joke. Bought boots that dont fit & they dont have my size. Tried returning for a refund & they trying to tell me its gonna be 5-6 days before i can return cause they dont have the money. Boots have not been worn you took my damn money but dont wanna give it back to me. Lets see what the bbb has to say about this

My husband needed new work boots, and we always buy from Justin Boots. The employees were very friendly, and manager Terri was amazing! She found the perfect boots in just a few minutes, and was very knowledgeable about the fit and expectations. We highly recommend this store!

Great customer severice from the time we walked in to the time we left . Was greeted when we walked in and asked if we needed help finding anything . Had help trying to find a hat to fit . Then we went on to find a pair of boots to fit and found the perfect set and had the best help from Terri Jacob's the store manager and her staff were fantastic great job
