Wonderfully skilled hair experts and magic with color. My daughter wanted to go blonde and had some residual color left over she’s got dark hair. Sydney S. did such a phenomenal job converting her from bland, dry color to gorgeous multicolored blonde. My daughter is over the moon happy and I’m quite impressed with the results. Sydney is the one to go to ! Great customer service, she talks through the cut and color and pricing so there are no surprises. Fabulous.Services: Haircut
Sydney has been my hairdresser for a while now, & she's amazing. I've never had a problem, she does a fantastic job, my hair is always so soft, nicely trimmed, & smells amazing. Her personality makes each experience a great one. I don't have any complaints!
This review is not for the whole establishment. Usually I see Sydney and she is amazing. I had to see Morgan yesterday. This is a bad haircut. These bangs are about 1.5 inch shorter than I asked for. I showed her I wanted them just about to my chin. They are to my NOSE! I have cried a lot over this. I have curly hair. My whole hair cut is shorter than anticipated. She just talks and cuts to what she thinks looks good. I feel like she cut my hair to be the length of her hair. She didn’t even ask if that looks good before she but my bangs. They do not blend into my hair. I went back in crying asking to get them styled again because I was too embarrassed to go home and even the other hairdresser agreed they were too short. She should have given me a mirror, turned me around ask if that looks ok for length instead of just touching the spot on my back. She cut off more than she said. She should have a conversation about bangs. I’m so upset and feel so ugly. This was suppose to be a nice little break from watching my children.
Katie was AMAZING. She cut and layered my hair and it came out incredible. I highly recommend booking with her!! Not only is she talented but she also has a beautiful personality. Thank you for everything Katie! The salon was relaxing, clean, and very welcoming! *I am a natural red head, and my hair will photograph differently depending on the light. It was not colored.
I’ve been into the salon several times for Taylor to cut my hair, and she did a great job and recommending amazing products that have kept my hair so healthy! Then 3 of these stylists Rylee, Moe and Taylor traveled to Union Point, GA to do hair for myself and my bridal party, and they were amazing. Everybody’s hair looked awesome, and they were so incredibly helpful with EVERYTHING the day of. Highly recommend!
Rachael is the absolute best! She has been doing my hair since she was a student at Paul Mitchell the School and I will never let another person touch my hair ever again. She’s done everything from color, highlights, to helping me blend my clip in extensions to my hair. Today I saw her because I had a bit of a mental breakdown and cut my own bangs on Wednesday. Instead of trying to fix them myself I knew I needed Rachael’s magic touch. Not only did fix my self inflicted bang mishap, she did a gorgeous full foil to bring life back to my blonde and gave my hair the healthy chop it’s been needing for months. If you’re looking out for a stylist that will take care of you and your hair, and that will be realistic with you about your hair goals, go see Rachael!Services: Bang trim
This salon is truly amazing. Sydney brought my hair back to life and made me feel amazing. I asked her to just fix it and all in one go she did just that and was hooked. After many highlight appointments and glazes my hair is still beautiful and healthy and can not recommend this salon enough.Services: Hair glazing
I rushed to 843 to fix my layers a different salon didn’t do correctly and I’ll say this much... Katie at 843 will now be my beautician as long as I’m living here in Charleston! There are not many people I fall in love with that does my hair but her taking me in last minute for the quick fix amazed me and took away all my worries! She knew EXACTLY what I was wanting with no questions or hesitation! Thank you so much, Katie! I’m forever grateful!
Don't do it. I asked for a medium brown and left with very, very dark, almost black, hair. The stylists are inexperienced outside of blonding services and unwilling to correct their mistakes. I was initially asked to come in for a consult to fix my hair, and then told "there's nothing we can do for you." I was given no solution and was not offered a refund. What I asked for and what I received are very different. As a former licensed cosmetologist, I know that this could have been made right. Many of the employees here are just a few years out of school and it shows. Find a salon with more experienced stylists.
