There are some nice community events here. I go for a walk in the area during lunch and they do a fairly good job of keeping it clean.
Sad to see. I remember when they built Justus Park. Going to concerts on Friday night as a teenager, watching the fireworks. Even had a few firsts in the park but it sure isn't anything like it used to be. Grass was almost knee high. Broken glass and trash everywhere. Great memories of the place anyway..
I love Justice park for the views and it's convenient location, however it does need to be policed better as there are bags of drugs dirty Underpants Etc occasionally laying on the ground. You bring your children here scan the area first. There does seem to be a bit of low life activity in the evenings while the sun is still up just a warning. However I've never been bothered it is a city, the breeze is wonderful off the river can't beat that! And it's free! Just saying
Another Lil park right middle of dow town not bad not as private as some but not bad to rest plenty of shaded area
