The doctors seemed well informed, but one of the most difficult experiences I have had in setting up appointments, referrals to other offices, and thinking ahead to guide through getting equipment or basic things like answering the phone or returning messages. In my case my health would be the exact same had I never visited them after spending an inordinate amount of time and money to accomplish nothing. I get outcomes are not the primary outcome of care providers, but at some level there could be some concern shown for how much expenses and time are getting spent unnecessarily by patients and they simply seem unconcerned about this.
