Very nice people BUT complete WASTE of money. Did my nails Saturday morning and by Sunday evening the acrylic nails came off. It didn’t even hurt when they popped off.  Lasted ONE day ! I noticed the products they used were different than they used before. Pedicure is trash too I have polish on my skin and it looks like a toddler did it. A waste of $85.

I've gone here several times and had a great experience until today. I got a SNS powder done last weeks and within days it began chipping. I reached out to the owner that told me to come in today. I got there at the time I was supposed to and was told I needed to wait. I waited over an hour and the two workers were servicing people that came in after me. I kept being told the girl doing my nails was on the way and 10 minutes away. Almost 70 minutes later, the girl wasn't there. Once I deleted to leave, I called the owner back to tell her and she claimed the girl is now walking in. The owner hung up on me twice while I was talking to her after i mentioned a partial refund since the powder lifted so fasted and all she did was offer a $15 credit and told me to come back. I drove 40 minutes to get there and there is no value for anyone's time there. It was just going to be another waiting game.  Like I said I've never had a bad experience until today, and maybe it was just an anomily. but this was bad enough that I won't be going back.  I would suggest doing what you did when you first opened because you were superstars then.Services:&nbsp;Polish removal

Got my nails done for my wedding this weekend. Took a picture, asked beforehand multiple times to make sure they could do the design, but during the course of design, told me they didn't have some of the design materials and at the end the design looked nothing like the picture I took.

I had the worst time!  these people are so bad with their work. You will loose money and service. Is extremely bad! This people don’t have good English skills. Don’t go there! First they say a price then they change the price on youService:&nbsp;Nail painting

Best nail salon I’ve been too in a while. They take their time. They don’t rush, even if they are busy. That’s what I love. You feel pampered and refreshed once you leave. I got a clean up as you can see in the pics I got clear, my fiancé got color on hers. After we left she even messed up two nails she went right back and they didn’t hesitate to fix it! I love this place and highly recommend them! Definitely will be going back, and only too them even though they’re 30 minutes away from my house. It’s worth the drive. Professionalism, the love all of your staff shows, I can’t get over how great everything was! Oh and very clean and taking precautions due to Covid! Kathy was my favorite and the owner I think her name is Lala, she’s great!!!

I had never been here before but my normal salon was closed so I tried it out. The salon was clean and they took their time to make my nails perfect. It took a little longer than I'm used to, but Adriana did an amazing job. I will definitely go back to her next time!

I’ve been coming here forever, I’ve brought many friends/family members & they continue to come as well. The staff is very nice, comfortable atmosphere, they take their time &  they are open late which is super convenient. Don’t think twice. Check this place out, you’ll love it.

DONT COME HERE!!! Terrible experience. I have gone to this place 2x to see if the experience would be different. The first time I made an appointment, I was 10 minutes late called the business owner and she told me “it’s okay come.” I get to the place and wait 2 hours before they start on my nails. 2 hours of “we will start with you soon” I should’ve left. I was on this place for 4 hours for a gel pedicure and sns manicure. They charged my card a $7 service charge.  The second encounter I bring my grandparents using a Groupon. They again are telling us to wait 30 minutes, no problem. We arrived at 10:50am my grandmother does not get her nails started until 12:30pm. They looked at the Groupon when we arrived and I sent a screenshot to the owner as she asked And the end of the appointment they are chasing my grandmother out of the store saying they never received the Groupon, standing next to her car not allowing her to leave. I had to call the store and the owner to reduce the stress and confusion from grandmother. I called the owner and she did not have any resolution to this problem besides asking “are your parents happy with their results?” Disgraceful! Terrible business etiquete.
