I frequently have a heavy comforter or rugs I wish to clean, and I always bring them here. ALL their machines are new and very clean. The entire established is EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN...the vending machines, ATM and coin machines are all relatively new and always in good working condition. The restroom is multi-gender and exceptionally clean, with a single locking door. The proprietor is nearly always there, and can generally be found cleaning and tidying this always clean and tidy place. Though I don't come here a great deal, I do come to launder large items about every 5-6 weeks. I have NEVER found it messy or anything but scrupulously clean; and the proprietor is always smiling and kind. As laundromats go, this one is unparallelled in the city. Handicapped Parking is close by and while the door is not automatic, there is always someone there to assist. It is an excellent establishment, frequented by friendly, kind people.
Huge Rave to the owner!!! I got their close to 8 pm last night as they close at 10 pm. Granted I had 2 large loads in the dryers and still had to fold them before leaving. The owner came in close to time to lock the doors. granted I do have chronic back pain due to my L4 being stuck forward. So that alone made my time much slower folding all my laundry. Got it done. on my way back from loading it all into my truck. I handed him the laundry basket. I thanked him and told him I truly appreciate they had AC and a bathroom and 2 extra large washing machines. He was the most pleasant nicest owner hands down any laundromat has ever had. My new place to do my laundry for sure. I thanked him and told him definitely giving him and his wife a 5 star review. Very clean as well.
Pretty decent place. Price is fair on everything. $1.00 per package of whatever you need. Around $2.00 for a big wash, and .25cents for 10 minutes of dry time.
Love this place!! So clean and neat and taken care of. No smelly dryers they don't smell burnt. Bathroom on site and weekly there is a lady behind the counter for change and a laundry service. Great place I love doing laundry here and I live an hour away so when I'm in town this is where we go
Friendly management, dryer took my money on a Sunday evening. A week later I was in doing laundry n mentioned to the manager how the dryer took my money. She was nice about it gave me my money back n told me if happens again call her, management, the phone number on the wall n she'll be there in 5mins. The rates are better than other places and it's been pretty clean every time I've been there.
It's a nice place to do ur laundry
Very impressed with this laundromat. Many others that I've been to have a majority of out of order machines. This place keeps up on their machines and they provide an ATM, a change machine, vending for drinks and snacks, dispensers for detergents/fabric softener/etc, there is often an attendant to answer questions, And there is a TV to entertain. I didn't give it five stars because there are run-down aspects, and the bathroom isn't the cleanest, but it's a really awesome option in twin falls! I only wish they had more large capacity machines!
Two loads of clothes ruined. There was no water temperature setting visible on the washing machines I used. Only "heavy soil, permanent press, normal, or delicate". I used "normal". When my clothes came out, they were super hot. Almost scalding to the touch. -- After test wearing a few things, it feels like they have shrunk. Almost one size smaller. Now they also look funny because they do not fit properly. The neck on some of my shirts seems too small now. One of my favorite shirts was ruined too. See picture. The logo on the shirt seems to have burned in a small spot. I don't know if that was from the washer or dryer clothes were dried on "delicate" setting. I did not wear this shirt very often because I really liked it and wanted to keep it in good condition. It has been worn maybe less than 20 times.
Fairly cheap to do laundry but good luck getting a folding table or basket. Only 3 of each and customers like to grab them when they aren't even close to using them. Owner/employee does the same.
This has been by far the best laundromat I have used here. It is clean, has vending and soda machines for when you want a little snack, tv to watch while waiting on laundry, ladies were nice, and my clothes have not come out as fresh and nice smelling as they have here.
