JWCH stands for John Wesley Community Health Institute. We are a federally qualified community health center that provides health care to men, women and children regardless of ability to pay for services.
JWCH Institute’s mission is to improve the health status of underserved segments of the population of Los Angeles area through the direct provision or coordination of health care, health education services, and research.
Medical care including diagnostics and necessary referrals; Reproductive Health, HIV testing, health education and treatment, medication assistance, pediatric services.
At our Center for Community Health located in downtown Los Angeles, we provide primarily homeless health care on skid row located at 522 S. San Pedro Street.

Recuperative Care is a program that provides housing and medical assistance to homeless persons being discharged from local hospitals.
