Got a roller the clerk said was a certain size even though I thought it looked funny walked right back in after checking on Google and could not exchange it or help me know damn well she just told she thought it should be great bad business

They might have cheaper prices but they sell defective products. I have been shopping here for a long time now and never had a problem until last week. I purchased a vape there and I tried it in the car and it didn't work. So I go in to tell them I need to exchange and the lady flat out refused to exchange so I asked for a refund and she again denied me one. As a customer I expect to get a working product when I pay for one. I don't care what your sign says, to keep customers coming back you must back up your products 100% and guarantee them. You know something is going on when they won't guarantee their products. This place is shiesty and I won't be back. Selling defective and possibly fake vapes is a bad business practice. My main vape shop will do exchanges up to 24 hours after your purchase, and they have great prices. Always do your research and don't trust this place to have any customer service.

This is my regular stop for tobacco and smoking accessories. I love the staff here. They are polite and knowledgeable about all of their products. They treat the customer like family.

They were willing to order anything you need tobacco or vape needs and the friendliest service I could talk to the sales lady all day if I had time. I just loved it.

If I could give ZERO I would. Any store that flat out lies to customers doesn’t deserve to be in business. I have a preferred little filtered cigar that this store used to carry. When I bought the last tin I asked them to reorder, I was told they would have them back in about a week. Came in after a week and was told it would be another week as “they come from California”. Another week I was told that they could not get them as “company is out of business”. Went on line found them and ordered. Stopped in to let the store owner know as I would buy locally if possible and was told “they will not ship they are out of business”. My order arrived on time today. Owner is a liar, do not give him your money. Shop just up the hill by Dollar General is better, and had an item I let them know was put restocked within days.

Best smoke shop around. They keep the price of their tobacco affordable. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. We have been going there 7 - 8 years.

These people don't like white people tried too sell a $10 cheap pen for $45 gave me a dirty look. Go ANYWHERE else.
