Very clean bathrooms. Great prices.
Amazing Service!! I called to see if they have swing sets in stock, as I procrastinated and now need to find one with two days Easter gift. I called at 9:00am with a attitude of i'm not going to get anywhere our local Kmart is awful, its in a different town. Josephine answered the phone and was amazing!! She told me my hold would be a few minutes as she was going to walk in the back and check stock. She picked the line back up within 3 minutes and confirmed with ones she had in stock, along with the original prices and sale prices, she also let me know how many she had. This is very important as we are driving 2 hours tonight to pick this item up. Again a HUGE thank you to Josephine for your amazing service!!!!
This store is permanently shut down. So there's not really a need to write a review. While it was open it was a great store. Went there for years and years. Got my latest TV there on a Black Friday sale. But yeah. The economy is what it is and now we've lost both Sears and Kmart. I'm not really sure how to take it. But here is a long winded review of Kmart as well as the economy in 2018. LMAO. Happy days.
Elaine was the cashier today. She was rude and slow. The other cashier checked out 5 times as many people as she did. 2 lanes open and lines backed up into the ladies clothes section. Didn't bother to open additional lines. Horrible customer service and way understaffed.
I have discovered why there is 1 store left in Albuquerque. Nothing priced as marked, most of the store marked clearance then price not only doesn't match sign but doesn't even match the tag, no scanners if you want to know a price go to customer service, only register opened is customer service Who is also checking prices, 1 cashier at customer service with ridiculous lines other cashiers standing at closed registers make it more frustrating, and employees that are less than pleasant. I even went as far as downloading the app to see if I could figure out the price fiasco but that didn't work either closed or still didn't match anything. Then try using rewards benefits...hilarious. sorry can't use that even though it works if you use it online. It has probably been years since I have shopped K-mart and after today's experience I highly doubt I will ever shop at one again.
HORRIBLE customer service. NEVER have prices correct and lines are always long with only 2 checkouts open. Management is worthless and claims they can't do price over-rides for THEIR errors, and claim they have no way to reach higher up management. Trying to redeem reward points is another joke. I hope this store goes under so they can stop wasting people's time and money!
I love the lay away it sure helps out for the holiday however I wish they had more people working in that department. usually when I go there is only 1 or 2 persons working when there is 4 registers. last year I waited almost 2 hrs in line to take my stuff out.
Nice clothes for cheap. I usually shop at Target for clothes but stopped in K-Mart today for some writing paper, and ended up buying 2 cute blouses for $10.00 each. More selection too.
I understand now why we only have one Kmart in Albuquerque and why no one shops there. the employees are rude and unwilling to help. I placed an order on line for black pants and Kmart sent me blue, I went to the store for an exchange and the employee refused to help and said she could only exchange it for the same item, I told her I needed black not blue of course Kmart did not have the right product and when I talked to the "manager" Josephine she refused to help me without a receipt. I gave her the print out from my online order and she insisted I needed an actual receipt? really???? as far as I know they do not mail you a paper receipt but an email with the order and# and item # that would show everything matching. she did not help me and I ended up with the incorrect items. NEVER going back to this store.
This was the worst experience I have ever had shopping. The cashier linda was very rude.even though her manager was standing 10 feet from us. . I spoke to him too and he didn't seem to care. ..he said his name was juce.. i asked for his real name he said he didn't have to give it. . We spent well over 300.00 dollars. .we had 50.00 rewards which they couldn't find in the system. .the rewards were going to expire the 22nd we came back the next day to try to redeem our rewards which we did after contacting the customer service line which directed us to call the rewards line. We had to get a pin number to redeem our points. .th young man that helped us named Santiago was very helpful. Kmart really needs more employees like him.
