What can we say about our Owner? Well, a lot actually. If you raced professional motocross back in the 70s you probably heard the name Duke McIntosh more than once. This man is FAST! He likes to be #1. This is what provided the drive for him to turn his love of powersports into a business.
In 1989 he bought K&W Cycle, a company that has been around since 1963. Duke takes it upon himself to continue to improve what K&W has always done: offer first-class customer service. While you're here, you will likely notice him around the store, maybe looking over our shoulder, talking to you, or reading up on better ways to run a dealership. All of this serves purpose: to insure we're doing our job, and our job is to take care of you—to be #1!
What can be said about our sales guys? For starters, we're here because we love powersports. Being around equipment like this makes it hard not to get to know them a little better. If you really aren't sure what you want, we can help you make an informed decision. We have the machines for almost every budget, we have the financing options to ease you into a low monthly payment, and can help you choose the accessories appropriate for your type of riding. The people who fix your machine are the same people who ride machines just like yours. They spend a few weeks each year at manufacturer training schools learning the ins and outs of every machine that we sell. It costs money to send them away to train. This expense more than pays for itself in customer satisfaction, both in the human aspect of knowing exactly what was done and why, but also the fact that your machine has been fixed right the first time. It doesn't matter if it floats, has ski's, or wheels, Perry, Russ, Matt, Tom and Brent have the power to make your machine right again.
