I dropped my black car for a full detail paint correction + CQuartz coating and I couldn't be happier with the result. This is a job that only a few shops in NYC can do and it took me a while to find all of them. K Wallace Signature was the one that I felt most experienced and best price, so I went with it, even though it was 1h from my house on the Upper West Side. The full job took them 3-4 days and the car is better than it was when new. The black has never been blacker and it's bright. No more swirls, no more light scratches and a very good coating protecting the car and wheels. I highly recommend their service, I'll come back here in the future to re-do this when it's time.

Best spring cleaning ever... Hidden Gem inside the Westchester mall.... I brought in my van to get the interior cleaned they did an excellent job... they did not rush the job the car came out absolutely clean... I can see and smell the difference LOL back to original factory color LOL the employees are creasing professional and they keep you posted and updated to any changes and the estimated completion time was precise.. also I believe if they had more advertising posted outside or physically around town I think they would draw in more people but I felt the service to be very personalized and I am a very satisfied customer soon-to-be repeat customer in near future... came back 8.5.21 did my Acura inside and out beautiful job looks brand new highly recommended worth every penny

I couldn't recommend K. Wallace highly enough. For two years, I've been taking my car to Nick in White Plains for detailing. His thoroughness and knowledge of the trade are unmatched. He knows how to approach every imperfection in the paint or interior. I've never gone wrong with his recommendations, and the quality of his work leaves me impressed every time.  In the winter, I have almost weekly undercarriage washes done to fend off rust. Nick never misses a spot because the underside is still practically rust-free over two years later, despite regular winter driving. When I get a full exterior wash, the car looks better than you would have thought possible. From my experience, you can't compare the outcomes at K. Wallace with a regular car wash. K. Wallace is in a much higher league.  It's easy to schedule an appointment, and everyone I've spoken to has been friendly and accomodating. My car means a lot to me, and I wouldn't trust it with anyone else. Thank you!

I had the diamond shine exterior detail done on my car and the results were amazing.  The swirls on the clear coat are gone and even some minor scratches on hood are gone. My car looks brand new again.  These guys do a high quality detail. Highly recommended.

K. Wallace Signature Detail is by far the absolute best care your car/truck can get!  I take both of my cars to K. Wallace S.D. and I get nothing but compliments.  I only go to this detailing center.  The staff is amazing and thorough.  The owner is one of the nicest people you could meet. The center is clean and welcoming.  The prices are a steal when compared to all of the great services included in the packages.  Once you go to K. Wallace Signature Detail, you will never go anywhere else!  I am a very satisfied and loyal client.

I was referred to K Wallace Signature Detail by a friend. I had never had my car detail before but after food spilled all over the backseat of my car I really did not have a choice. I was skeptical about the stains coming out, however, these guys did an amazing job! I also opted to have the car waxed. When I finally saw my car it looked like new. I was very pleased. I would definitely visit this shop again.

When I brought my car in, it was a disaster zone. A sunroof leak caused inches of water to soak my carpet, leaving it dirty, smelly, and worst of all, moldy. To top that off, cold winter temperatures left me with a frozen carpet. I went to K. Wallace Signature Detail to help me with this problem that I couldn't tackle on my own.  They not only did a thorough job, but were very mindful about reducing the chances of any future mold re-contaminations. They took out my car interior, steam cleaned it, disinfected it with alcohol, and dried it. I know that the latter took lot of effort given the large volume of water, and the 20F degree weather surely didn't help. I also opted for the ozone treatment to help with the smell and the mold eradication.  Throughout the process, Mr. Wallace was friendly, professional, and kept me updated about my car's progress.  My car was returned looking and smelling great. It was not cheap by any means, but given that they cleaned up months of water damage, I'm happy. I will definitely return for future cleanings, just hopefully not under the same circumstances!

Able to get out most of my stains and to fade all of them. Also able to get carpets to be nearly spotless and dashboard to be nearly spotless too. Car looks great. The price is hefty but not bad for NYC. And the customer service follow up and communication/generosity of services has been remarkable
