K1 Speed

Went here with my daughter for her first time. Everyone was extremely helpful and genuine from the beginning. My daughter was big enough to ride the adult karts but instead of just sticking her in one they made a suggestion to see how well she fits and put her in one for a test. Their suggestion was to put her in the junior karts for safety and as a parent can you really ask for anything else? The racing was fun and everyone at the track was personable and they truly made it a great time. My daughter loved her first time racing and immediately said she wanted to do it again. Great job to everyone working and a thank you for caring! In one visit you gained two loyal customers and we’ll be back with our friends and family!!

We came here for the first time on August 1st and had a great time. The price to race was higher than I believe it should be, 2x. There was only one other family there to race and during the first race the battery on one of the EV karts died, so they had to stop the race and swap out karts. All karts should be fully charged, especially if there are no customers racing. Otherwise, we had a great time and we will come back.

Purchased 8 races, 2 for children, the other 6 for adults. This was the first time my son had raced, he really loved it. Would have purchased more races, but, we had another engagement to attend to, but will be returning. Staff were great, and answered all questions regarding prices and races. All equipment is disinfected after every race, and location is clean. We had a great time.

Customer service is really good. The guy who explaines the rules of go karting was really helpful. Me and my brother-n-law came here to go karts from Mcallen Texas and I will come again they were that good.

This place needs to make it fun again to race cars. I brought my son and was told he needs to race on his own since adults drive too fast. There was no one else racing and my son ended up racing by himself making it a total bore. I used to like coming here, skip this place and go somewhere else funner.

Great place to hold an event or race with your friends. Everything was clean and between races all helmets cleaned and sanitized. Staff was friendly and everthing went smoothly from checkin to racing.

Went in b4 a party started so git to ride back to back races. Great place for fun.

This was a super fun experience my husband and I did for my birthday. Staff was super friendly and helpful with getting signed up and wearing our helmets correctly. We had a great time and I love that they print out your results at the end of the race. Thank you very much we will definitely be back.

Front counter customer service has really gone downhill. I'd call out the employee by name if she would have been wearing a nametag. This was my second time going to K1. I raced military with my daughter also active military, two sons, and three of my son's friends all military dependents. On a visit about three years ago, military discounts were given to all of us. This time, I was told that we cannot get discounts because we were purchasing three-race packages and military discount "does not apply to packages" and "only applies to single races". When I inquired about single races, the staff member said I cannot purchase single races. So I told her that you don't do military discounts and she replied "only on single races" which I could not purchase. Furthermore, it was my son's birthday and when I inquired about getting a free race for him, she told me that it does not apply on the day that we are purchasing the membership--it does not say their website. You'd think spending $502 for just the races--not including the drinks and video games we purchased--they would cut me some slack, but no. The military discount is a scam to get military in the door. The birthday race is a scam to get you to come back. The only saving grace was that the race staff was awesome, very professional, courteous, and kept races moving smoothly even though it was busy. Kudos to them!

Great staff on Friday, Sept. 16! They were very helpful and provided excellent service to us! We were on vacation and wanted to check off a few things off our bucket list. The crew definitely made the experience awesome!
