K9 is top notch in all areas. I use them for full-day daycare and boarding. The staff is amazing and has my dog’s best interest in mind at all times. I am 100% comfortable dropping her off for the day and equally as comfortable dropping her off for a 7-day business trip. My dog is happy on drop off and still happy on pickup. I highly recommend K9 of Hamilton for all services. Here’s my happy Ruby!
Massive trust is needed when boarding your pup. K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel -Hamilton NJ went above and beyond to help us relax while we were away. From the sugar cookie scent when you enter the foyer to the positive staff updates, we were instantly relieved that she was in good hands. Even better she was able to take part in the doggy daycare for most of the day.
Our Aussiedoodle, Pickles, means the world to my fiancé and I. We only want the best for him. When we found K9 Resorts we knew it was just that; the best. And honestly, I was concerned when I walked in that pricing would be outrageous but it was totally reasonable and competitive. The place is immaculate, smells like sugar cookies and I can tell that the staff genuinely loves animals. Pickles had so much fun and came home happily exhausted. I saw him playing with his new canine friends and they all seemed so happy. I like the policies at this place, including mandatory baths after a couple night stays. They respect the dogs and their owners and are super communicative. We only have our pets for so long on this Earth and I want Pickles’ days to be full of joy and friends as often as possible. I’m so happy we found K9 Resorts because they’ll help him have that joy and fun when I can’t be there for work or travel reasons.
The facility was very clean and the Animals looked happy and well cared for. The temperature was comfortable and there was water in each room that was occupied. There were a lot of animals in the recreation area, but they all got along well and there was no chaos. The staff were professionals, friendly and interested in providing information without rushing you out of the resort. The experience was positive. We feel comfortable and trust that our furry family members are in good hands
This past week was the first time boarding our dog, Mick at K9 Resort of Hamilton. He came home super tired and smelling good after his bath. All of the staff I spoke with either on the phone or in person were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend K9 Resort if Hamilton.
My wife and I wanted to board our dog at the Cherry Hill NJ K9 Resort and we were met with a cold, unfriendly reception. We then visited the Hamilton NJ K9 Resort and it was a much different experience. Our dog was well cared for, and he was happy and calm when we picked him up 8 days later. I highly recommend the Hamilton NJ location!
Our two dogs get the best care here ! We board them here and they have. A blast ! The staff is warm and caring and I feel so much better when we are away that the dogs are having so much fun !! Love that they post pics on Fb too !
We took our rescue for an evaluation to see if she would fit into the group play. The staff there greeted us and we're very kind and understanding of our dog and our desire to have her experience playing with peers. We were given all of the steps she would go through prior to a final eval. It was so clear and well planned. We returned after the required evaluation time to find a happy exhausted puppy. We were able to view our dog playing without her knowing we were there to pick her up and she was enjoying herself and not frightened or intimidated .. We have already requested vacation time and will be bringing her back to have play times. It's nice to go to a facility that is structured appropriately, clean and that is obviously developed for dogs in these situations; To have people at the front desk that are pleasant, happy and knowledgeable about the product they're presenting. We are confident that our dog will be well taken care of and happy.
My dog absolutely LOVES going to this daycare, and that's really all that matters right!? We can't even say "daycare" anymore unless we're going because he gets so excited The staff is so great and you can tell they really build relationships with all the dogs. I know he's always safe and well taken care of at K9
