The black lady who works during the is extremely rude and nasty and I have seen her treat some people with smiles and others with harsh looks and coldness for no reason. She has treated my sister with complete disrespect and threw a bag at her to bag her own snacks when my sister asked for a bag thinking the lady would bag up her items. This woman should be fired!!!! The Latino man in the evening epitomizes ideal customer service. He smiles to everyone and doesn’t hesitate to bag our items. After the way my family is treated during the day I must say we shop there in the night…so sad that this woman is even working there. I see her smoking outside all the time with a group around her and I’ve gone inside waiting for her to check out my items. It seems smoking with the crowd is more important than me as a customer.
Everything is overpriced. The clerks are dumb and rude. The manager and the employees act like that don't want to be there. This place is horrible.
The night staff do not wear masks. Their manager became infected with Covid. They do enforce others to wear masks. Rarely go there. I go to Kum N GO.
I spend ALOT of time in lone ao the cashiers can gossip......and i dont come here anymore bc of it! I dont have 8-10 min to stand in line in the pm bc cashiers want to flirt! ...i have to go to work!
Had clerk threatened me no service because of my service dog. I had all paperwork for her and he still was very rude
