Payment of Invoices:
Shopify invoices must be paid within 2 hours of receipt. Invoices will be emailed to email address provided when ordering product. If invoice is not paid within the 2 hour time frame, item will go back in stock and be available to other buyers. Product will not be shipped until payment clears.
In store pick up merchandise must be picked up and paid for by end of business of the next day the store is open. Otherwise, merchandise goes back on the rack!
Shipping:
Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment clears. Normally product will ship the next business day. Shipping will be through the U.S. Postal Service. We ship to the domestic U.S. only at this time.
Return Policy:
Items are thoroughly checked for blemishes before they are shipped out. Items are also described in detail along with sizing information on the web site to ensure you make the best decision when purchasing possible. However, Kade & Cate does realize that an issue could arise and we want to provide the best customer service available! Should you receive your item and it doesn't fit, you aren't satisfied with it or there is a blemish (stain, tear, ect) then you may return/exchange the item within 14 days of the date of purchase. To return an item, please email [email protected] with your issue and advise that you wish to return/exchange the item. A Kade & Cate representative will respond within 24 hours to your email with authorization to return the item(s). You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item. However, the following conditions will apply:
1. If you are exchanging the item for any reason, the new item will shipped to you free of charge.
2. If you do not exchange the item and just request a full refund, the full original purchase price will be refunded back to you but your original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Other terms and restrictions:
1. Items for return/exchange MUST be postmarked within 14 days of original purchase to qualify for refund or exchange.
2. Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL, UNWASHED condition. The only exception would be if our shipper destroyed the item. In the event the item arrives destroyed by the shipping agent, immediately take photos and include them on the email to Kade & Cate.
3. Excessive returns/ exchanges will be tracked. Kade & Cate reserves the right to deny/ refuse any exchange/ return deemed to be unnecessary.
4. Shipments are shipping Priority which includes a tracking number. If you package does not arrive, contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can work with the post office to recover it.
