Kagefit has been an amazing experience for our entire family. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the coaches are knowledgeable and patient, the facility is clean, and there is a strong sense of community.

Coaches are amazing and is overall just a great experience. I've been going here for around a month or so and have learned a lot. If your on the lower end of the intelligent spectrum like me, then that's okay because the whole point of doing any of the classes is to master the movement and footwork then put power into it. The coaches will go step-by-step on every single thing and then some. I'd recommend taking the boxing and fkb kickboxing then Maui Tai sense it's a little more complicated. My only complaint is that you can't stay overnight.

Love this place! Such a friendly group of people that make everyone feel welcome. Very awesome trainers who don't mind taking the time to make sure you understand the Workout / Technique. Constantly helping you improve. I would recommend this place over all other Martial Arts / Fitness facilities in the area. Give it a try, your body will thank you!

Fantastic gym. The instructors are great and really care. I've gotten great results and love going here every time. They have a great mix of boxing, mma, bjj, grappling, general fitness, etc. Also, they keep the gym very clean. Everyone is very approachable. Just come to this gym. It's awesome.

After my one year enrollment mark, I can't say enough good things about KageFit!  Excellent operation all around..great facility, staff, classes and patrons if I do say so myself : They offer exciting learning experiences, training and stellar workouts from novice to competition championship levels. I look forward to many more exhausting/rewarding times there. Thanks

I love this place. The instructors are amazing. I have zero experience, and feel right at home. It is a great workout, and stress reliever.
