Water change (20-30%) using gravel vacuum.
Replace water with R/O water (R/O added to replace essential elements)
Test water for ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, and pH
Clean or replace filter cartridges
Algae-wipe the inside of the aquarium
Polish exterior of aquarium
Clean the ornaments and artificial plants
Deliver and place any pre-booked plants, fish, and merchandise

Partial water change if necessary
Water replaced with R/O water - mixed with high quality marine salt
Test water for ammonia, nitrate, nitrite, pH, calcium, and phosphate
Check and adjust salinity
Clean substrate
Clean and adjust protein skimmer
Clean and polish hardware (inside lighting fixtures, exterior of filters, etc.)
Clean or replace filter cartridges
Replenish depleted essential elements (Kagemann's Aquariums provides the product - daily dosed elements
excluded)

Service Options and Contract Pricing
Kagemann's Aquariums can provide service to you in several ways:
ONE TIME VISIT: No contract, no obligation. This is perfect for the busy hobbyist, a quick cleaning right before a party, or when you're on vacation. Also, makes a GREAT gift!
CONTRACT: Here, we provide guaranteed, scheduled service once or twice a month at a lower price. Since prices are subject to change, contracts allow you to lock in prices for one year. Without a contract, service is performed as time permits.
NOTE: In order to be considered under contract, Kagemann's Aquariums must have a signed agreement on file and receipt of first and last month’s service fee.
For our customers under contract, we have a
90 Day FULL REPLACEMENT Livestock Guarantee.
This guarantee is valid as long as Kagemann's Aquariums maintains the aquarium, stocks the fish on a cleaning visit, and when supplementation and feeding are performed as directed by the maintenance technician.
All livestock and aquarium products must be purchased from Kagemann's Aquariums. ANY deviation from these terms voids this guarantee.

Includes:
Deliver and place tank, stand, equipment and gravel
Ensure stand is level
R/O water (with marine salt if necessary)
Acclimate appropriate fish (ensure proper coral and live rock placement for reef tanks) and professionally aquascape
Deluxe Delivery and Complete Set-up includes all services listed above (standard delivery and set-up), but may also include installation of custom plumbing, custom lighting, custom filtration, etc. Priced on a tank-by-tank basis

Fee covers:
Safe removal, transport, and acclimation of livestock (no guarantees on livestock survival)
Breakdown of tank and equipment
Set up tank and re-install equipment in new location
External cleaning
Collection and transport of original water - percent to be determined by technician (keeps tank bacterially sound, reduces stress on livestock)
