Accessibility: they have accessible, close parking spots right in front of the store as well as a ramp to get up to the building. The front doors are motion-activated and it's well lit inside with wide isles and smooth floors. Experience: upon walking in, the very first I noticed was how well organized they are, wow! This looks like the most organized pet store I have ever been to. Everything was sitting perfectly straight on every isle and the items weren't crammed in anywhere. On the downside, they did not have the canned dog food I needed...Hills Science Diet, Chicken and Barley for age 7+. I had to drive to Pets Plus because they had it. Still a great store! The employees were super nice too!
I really enjoy the customer service and how they acknowledge you right through the door. My pets absolutely love the kahoots brand food and treats and the prices are amazing.

Highly recommend! I am a first time dog owner, I brought my puppy in for vaccines. I was a little nervous because I wasn’t sure how the process works, or what vaccines he would need. The staff were very welcoming and kind. They were helpful and helped me figure out which vaccines he would need and scheduled a day for me to come back for the next round of vaccines. The entire process was very quick! And the cost was very affordable.
This is my place, good people, and great prices. They remember my usual grabs and they get them for me and bring them up to the register I'm in and out and even offer to carry out my big bags of food to my car.
Love Kahoots! The only place we go to for our dogs food. My fiance and I both have bad backs and the staff is always more than happy to help us carry our purchases to our car. Customer for life

I went in to get my service dog's teeth cleaned. Unfortunately he moved too much & wouldn't stay still for them. I was so disappointed. I was really hoping that this would work in saving myself some $$$. Now I have to spend over $450 on his dental work.
Great store for your pets needs. They offer a variety of goodies for your pets. Dogs are welcome with a leash on inside the store. Great Customer Service, Great pet food selections, plenty of parking lot and even for Handicap too. My dog Milo totally loves visiting this store that when it's time to leave the store checking-out he won't move along due to their nice air conditioning inside lol . Go ahead and visit their store. You won't be disappointed. Their prices are very reasonable
