My mom has been seeing Dr. Song for the past 2 years, and he is an incredible doctor! She’s elderly and previous doctors have tended to brush off her problems, delaying diagnosis and treatments. Not Dr. Song! He genuinely cares about his patients and is kind, empathetic, reassuring, and extremely knowledgeable. I wish I had Kaiser just so I could go to him for primary care too! My mom and I feel so happy to leave her care up to him, I no longer feel like I have to advocate and push for her to be heard, because Dr. Song always goes above and beyond.
You’re better off getting addicted to opiates then using their mental healthcare services Thanks for nothing Gabriella Elena Gutierrez, I hope you don’t fail the couples you’re assigned. Avoid Kaiser and their therapists if you’re in need of actual help. They’re unfortunately near dead last in their mental health services compared to any other option. Use them at your own risk. People reading this will notice some tool called Kevin responding, feigning sincerity. Please be aware this is just for Kaiser to show some compassion and eagerness to change during a negative review. Contacting the email provided leads back to the same unfortunate quality of service and only more months of waiting. Please avoid Kaiser and their therapists when it comes to mental health.
I’m sorry to see any bad reviews of this Kaiser facility because the couple issues that I encountered were remedied with care, efficiency and timely. I have nothing but good things to say about the doctors, staff and facility. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you Kaiser for your doctors, services, professionalism, and care you give daily to each member. Update 9/21/22, I just had a Saturday appointment, in which the parking lot and facility appeared closed, but I remembered the appointment scheduler informed me that the facility may appear closed but the side door will be opened around my appointment time since it was the first appointment. When I arrived, it was as the scheduler had informed me. The only concern was second guessing myself as though I had heard the information incorrectly. All went well. Love This Kaiser!!
Kaiser Permanente staff are well trained in their profession and are very well trained in customer service.
Stay FAR..FAR...FAR AWAY!! The doctors that I have encountered are AWFUL. Don't expect empathy, proper care, professionalism, or IQ. I promise you are way better off googling WEBMD for better knowledge and advice
Worst place ever . I have been trying to get an apt to see Dr Farazani since October it is feb . Every time I call I get a run around nobody has contacted me about my apt Every time I tired to make an online apt it says I have to call. Kaiser acts like they care about patients but they do not.
It was an insane heat wave this week. They refused to run AC saying they were helping with Californias energy. You should at least be able to cool off in a doctors office when it’s 116 outside
Pharmacy rude and non Ada compliant. Was told they don't use the disabled counter at all and they also refuse to fill from online. Was told very flippantly "we don't do that" also because I'm from the south and we use the word "y'all" I'm now racist and was told I would not be helped. They took my card and just kept it until I asked for it so I could leave.
Today, Tuesday, November 8, 2022 I went in for a Blood Pressure Check, and a Flu shot. Káiser Riverside, Blood Pressure Department; Adult Family Med., 4th Floor. My Blood Pressure check was with Tiesha Washington. Wow! This young professional lady understands people. She definitely has EXCEPTIONAL people skills. Just “WOW!” She was polite, friendly , professional, and she had the perfect balance of being a personable caring professional while still delivering a high professional medical standard. I felt both well taken care of today, and privileged to have worked with Tiesha today. Kaiser did the best job on training Tiesha. She’s an asset to Kaiser. Awesome service today. Thank you!
Never had any issues with parking here...that says a lot about a hospital because it starts when you first get there and park your car in my opinion...always very organized, even when I come for 7am appointments. Staff are always friendly and do there best to help you. I personally love my MD, he works from this Kaiser as well. I've had surgery here, picked up medication, come for regular appointments and visited the ER. All were good experiences even the ER MD was friendly and did his best to go and follow up with my issues. This Kaiser particularly is my favorite and I usually recommend it to people who also have Kaiser.
