I was there today for the eye checkup. the lady on the front desk was extremely uncooperative. as a patient i have the full right to know what would be my cost of any treatment they are offering. she straight denied to tell any cost and said i will get bill posted to my home address and she doesn't know anything. her attitude was a completely denial. the worst part all of her colleagues were supporting her treated me non required or un expected to their hospital. please avoid this hospital.
It's okay to go here to pick up pills, but do not go here for a doctor's visit. I was in severe pain and needed to see a doctor immediately. A lazy and unsympathetic receptionist sneered at me and told me to wait two weeks to see a doctor. When, I could see a nurse, the two nurses were too scared to diagnose me and I was in pain. Later, I had to go to the Walnut Creek ER. But, that's the thing, isn't it? Kaiser delays health care for profits; they can charge more for the ER than preventable antibiotics. What a sorry state America's health care is in that I had to go to the ER and it costs me my health and money thanks to their negligence. Tomorrow, I am officially filing a complaint against the Livermore and I will go to the Dublin Kaiser for adequate treatment from now on.
I will never visit this location very rude and unprofessional radiology department. I had appointment at 9:44am its big hospital at the time I found the radiology department it was 9:55am. They didn’t allow me to attend the appointment.
I was trying to find appointment around all Kaiser finely got at Livermore with kashika Gupta next day she canceled it don’t want come office Kaiser doesn’t want give treatment to people just want people let die with their problem so they don’t have to spend any penny on them
Dr. Hart in adult medicine & his staff are the best. I no longer work/live in Livermore but drive an extra 20 minutes past another Kaiser because I prefer this location for speediness, ease of parking, and how well I feel taken care of by Dr. Hart & everyone in his office. Highly recommend Livermore Kaiser!
I've been using this Kaiser facility since it opened several years ago. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is very convenient, easy to get to and parking has never been a problem. The lab and radiology group are quick and the wait for my doctor has been minimal nearly every time I have gone there. I am grateful that Kaiser has a facility here. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait at the pharmacy, but no more than any other Kaiser facilities I've been to. I don't think this compares too unfavorably to a pharmacy that is at a typical drug store chain. Their prices for over the counter medicines is less too.
On average I come here once every two years or so but I have always found the staff here to be relatively pleasant and accommodating. Beware that there is nobody around during holiday season. I had to do a TB test in December and despite calling a week in advance to make sure they were doing them on that week, there were signs everywhere saying they weren't doing them when I actually showed up.
Haven't had great of luck with this Kaiser yet just moved to the area. I'm an employee of another Kaiser myself had to get my TB done called employee health directly to see if there is a specific time to go to lunch so I know not to come that they said no well lo and behold I went to get my TB done and all the nurses and doctors are at lunch for an hour I got in there about 5 minutes into their lunch super annoying
Very clean, new facility. Adult Medicine pleasant staff. Plenty parking around the facility. Although these are medical offices only, open 8 to 5 p.m., they have a good mix of services such as adult medicine, vision, Lab, xray, Pharmacy, special conditions such as COPD, asthma, allergies, and diabetes
My daughter's doctor is great but their phone service for Kaiser in general is awful. When you have a screaming child and are trying to talk to someone on the advice line having someone transfer you to an automated system for 5 additional minutes is an eternity, and more than frustrating. Fix your system. Calling because your daughter has a fever of 102.2 and trying to go through an automated system is the worst thing you could put someone through. Fix it. Again the doctor is great, service at Kaiser is great. But the automated system is horrible. So glad I kept my PPO for myself.
