Had a colonoscopy performed here by Dr. Alex Jow and his team. Overall a great experience, from parking to check-in to sedation and even the follow-up call the next day to see how I was doing. The biopsy results came back in less than 2 days. I'm very happy with Kaiser.

To the staff in the Endoscopy department, I could not be happier with the service I received at Kaiser Falls Church - I was completely blown away, from the time we walked in until it was time for me to go home. You were all OUTSTANDING, from the Receptionist to the nurses and the doctor - keep up the good work!
This was my first time getting acupuncture and it was such a great experience! I was greeted by Asmerat who was so kind and friendly! Then and Stephanie young went over every question I had about acupuncture, and I had quite a few! She was very gentle and walked me through the whole process. I feel so refreshed and relaxed after my session, the whole experience was so positive! Definitely going for more sessions.
Dr Malik is the most knowledgeable, professional, and kind doctor. I am so impressed with her level of care and how she strives to ensure I understood all that she was informing me of and how she cared for me. Her team with procedures at Falls Church were amazing as well. The care is just next level. A level I have not experienced at other facilities. The team helped to calm my nerves and ensure I felt comfy and at ease. I highly recommend Kaiser to anyone. From the moment checked in for my appointment, the front desk admin was very kind and informative. The nurse in the back was kind enough to call my husband to give him an update apart from the other normal updates they provide during procedures. The nurse who started my IV was funny and his technique was perfect-minimal pain. The nurses and anesthesiologist were super kind and clear with everything. The recovery room nurses were also very nice and made sure I was ok and felt well enough to leave. They even followed up the next day to make sure I wasn't experiencing any form of discomfort and to ask if I had any questions. I know people normally have a preference for PPO, and thing HMO's are not the way to go, but Kaiser is just like any other insurance but better. With a PPO you would have to do your research and find a doctor with high ratings, AND that accepts your insurance. With Kaiser drs all you need to do is the doctor research part, because you already know they all accept your insurance!
So Kaiser has decided to go down the road of cutting costs over taking care of patients. They don't have reception staff anymore and make you do check in and other arrival procedures through your phone or a kiosk they set up. How much money are they really saving by not paying someone to work reception and help patients? Apparently enough to confuse and annoy their patients
I had an amazing visit with Endoscopy! It was quick , everyone was so helpful, putting me at ease, catering to my every need. A colonoscopy is not something you look forward to but I could not have been more pleased or prepped.
My colonoscopy went great. My Doctor was Neena Malik and she calmed my nerves down like no other other person could have. She made me feel safe and that everything would be alright with the procedure. Thank you Dr.Malik!
Top-notch written guidance was exceeded only by the highly professional, personally tailored approach of all staff who guided me through my 4th or 5th colonoscopy all but the first have been with Kaiser. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or a better team. Five-stars in every regard!
It was very nice and fair, every thing was taking care off. I feel so comfortable. There was no issue at all. The whole procedure was done smoothly. I feel no pain at all but little weaker.
