The staff was extremely kind. Nurse Kaitlyn was very helpful, pleasant, warm and inviting. Her bedside manner care was exceptional. Dr. Richards was gentle as she always has been. Nurse Elizabeth provided great recovery assistance as well. I was extremely nervous about the procedure but the entire staff calm my nerves by being kind and caring from beginning to end.
First and foremost, Dr. Annie Wong is the best. She listens attentively and explains things clearly to make sure you as her patient understand and are comfortable. A wonderful person as much as a wonderful physician. My endoscopy nurse was amazing, as well. She also listened to me and made me feel comfortable prior to the procedure. I’ve never had an IV placed so quickly and painlessly!
My endoscopy was easy and pleasant after drinking the solution. The RN checking me in put me at ease and the procedure room staff were great at taking to me before anesthesia. Dr Wong remembered that she did this procedure for me in 2007. The recovery room RN and I had worked together at Bowie ER! Even the transport personnel was caring in getting me to the car. Excellent service. Thanks to all the staff.
My care was excellent!!! Everyone who assisted me was wonderful! All of the nurses, assistants, doctors and other staff were efficient, had pleasant dispositions and confidence in their ability to serve my every need. It was truly a stress-less experience. I recommend Kaiser for all your Healthcare needs.
This visit was a wonderful experience for my Mother. The facility is very clean with helpful staff to direct visitors and patients where they need to go. Nurse McLean took great care of my Mom during her GI visit. I'm really thankful that she was the one that administered the test, she's compassionate, knowledgeable and helped put my Mom at ease during the difficult test.
Every experience I've had w/my physicians internal physician and specialty physicians at Kaiser have been positive. They listen, answer questions and explain things in terms I understand. They have been professional, open, have responded to all emails and seem to care about my well being. I like that all my information is available to each provider in the computer system and most of all being able to get specialty care in one place is wonderful.
Rita D. at Optical/Vision Essentials at Kaiser-Largo provided outstanding service to me and those around me. She greeted all new patients and asked if they needed help. She patiently helped select glasses that I love. She is a true asset to Kaiser!
On 9/7/22 and 9/8/22 I visited the Radiology department and Kaiser the Largo Facility. On day 1 I had a horrible start that morning. I went to the wrong Facility. However the nurse actually called me and was very patient and friendly with me. Once I got there she was friendly,professional and very efficient. On day 2 I saw another nurse who again was very professional yet friendly. This was THE BEST care I have gotten at this Kaiser
The nurse who did my prep was very helpful. She made me feel very comfortable. The staff in the procedure suite was excellent too. On a scale of 1-10 I have Dr. Wong 10++ and her staff.
NURSE McLean made me feel so comfortable during my procedure. She has wonderful bedside manners and I can tell she loves her job and her patients. I was nervous when I first arrive but she helped me through it. Thank you again!!!
