I really like Kaiser. Everything all services together. You can change doctors until you find your connection, get free required immunizations, free once a year physical. They can arrange for pick ups, Emergency flights. You have to speak up, they can only provide service from what you tell them.
Having some trouble with my blood pressure..actually for years, I recently was trying to lower it, with healthy food intake..so with the advice of my doctor..tried a blood pressure medication, even though I was totally against..this medication had severe side effects..so you can say..I have lost total confidence with my health care..they are prescribing medicine..kinda like playing darts blind folded..Joseph Hernandez
Dr Linda Lin is one of the best doctors I have ever met. She goes over and beyond to take great care of my mother. Kaiser is so lucky to have her.
I love the vending machines without snacks and drinks
It would be a lot nicer if we can see each other's face without the mask we don't need it we never did thank you I did wear my mask I may think that way but I still wear my mask even when I can't breathe but thank you it was comfortable at least I didn't feel uncomfortable the minute I walked in I felt comfortable thank you
Everytime I want to make an appointment KP does not have to see me. I have to wait 3 weeks or more. Last time, I had my knew swollen. I called because I was in pain the the operator said, sorry, we do not have anything available. So I waited 3 weeks to see my doctor. Then another time I had infection on my eyes. I called and they said. Sorry. We do not have anything available. Then one time I called because my wife had itching all over her body. Guess what, I called then they said. We do not have anything avaible until one month. What is the purpose of paying 800 Dollars a month and when you want to see your doctor, they dod not have anything available. If I go to the emergency room, I have to pay 300 Dollars. What a Joke. I am thinking of chancing services somewhere where I can be treaty better.
Valet parking staff is awful. Last time the man drive out while my mother was half way in. And he was just like sorry. She just had knee surgery.
Always had excellent service here called for covid test 24 to 48 hrs for appointment took test not coordinated, two days later still waiting on results. 5 day wait? My son paid 50 same day results?
Horrible concierge service. I would rate my experience as the worse customer service of my life. The rude, obese woman at the check in desk, denied me service and sent me home after I tried to check in fifteen minutes passed my appointment time. She did not bother to ask what my visit was for nor offered any assistance. I have severe back pain and headaches from giving birth. Reason for being late were due to my inability to move quickly and care for my newborn. I was not able to function well yet I risked to drive myself and newborn baby to the ER to the Baldwin Park location. I am changing my primary doctor because of her poor service.
Always great experience when I come to this location! The staff is nice and friendly! Love my primary care physician who's at this location. I've never had any problems getting the care I need in a timely manner!
