I specifically want to recognize my labor and delivery nurse Reyna, in hopes this gets to her supervisor. She deserves all the recognition in the world! She was absolutely amazing and truly made my labor experience amazing. She was so caring, informative and helpful, she went above and beyond and was so personable. I truly believe I had an easy and safe delivery because of her. She ended up being at my delivery because she had to stay over extra hours after her already worked 12 hour shift and while I was so thankful she was there for my boys delivery, the poor thing was over worked that day due to understaffing. I hope this message gets to her and her superiors so they know what an amazing nurse they have on their staff! I’m so grateful for her and hope she can be my nurse for all my future babies!
If i could give 0 stars i would. I was in the ER on Friday June 1st 2023 checked in my 5 year old at 11:30pm for an open bleeding wound on his forehead. My son was not a priority considering he's a child and with an open wound on his forehead. Everyone else after us was admitted. We were not called until 3:58 am. There was literally no one left when we got called. I've never ever experienced my child not being a priority based on the circumstances. We finally walked out at 6 am. I will never ever be back to this ER. Ladies in the check in were super rude. Horrible service overall!!!!!!! Because of the negligence my son developed issues due to the severe bleeding.!!! I wish I could sue honestly.! I've attached photos so u can see literally it was empty but my son was not a priority. Everyone else who had no wounds or bleeding was.
My experience was great I went to urgent care and got labs done within 1 hr. The fastest service I’ve ever gotten . I wanted to mentioned Ms. Alisa from the lab in medical building 3 basement lab she was a great help today . She was able to help draw my blood quickly as I am prone to having small veins . That was the 1st time in a long time someone was able to draw blood from my arm like everyone else. She kept me entertained as well. Lastly I did observe her great leadership skills as she maneuvered a lot of patients into empty stations so the services would be more efficient. Great job !
Dr Charles Lee is an excellent physician. He listens to your concerns with sincerity and care. I always feel confident after I leave his office that I’m always with great care Thank you Kaiser for having dr Lee
Have came here for stomach issues and w/ severe symptoms such as swelling & pain for months now and each time was told its due to anxiety. Although having a diagnosis of anxiety years prior n having since gone to therapy and regulated it, anxiety is not the cause of the symptoms i have been having. After explaining that time and time again and having come back each time with my symptoms worsened, i am told it is anxiety and my last straw was today. i have been having a HORRIBLE decline in my health and no stress or anything in my personal life is going on or bad in my diet and soon as the doctor finds out i have anxiety the focus shifts soely towards that, ignoring the migraines i have been experiencing, heavy waves of weakness and nausea, trouble eating and sleeping due to the pain in the sides of my stomach feels “open” and sore, i am still told its due to stress and anxiety n he wanted to prescribe me an antidepressant. its like my concerns or words mean nothing here both with being stern n serious or being positive n upbeat. im going to go to a different clinic/business and shame on kaiser and the doctors if that clinic finds something serious. you guys have not taken my concerns serious enough.
Went to Kaiser Permanente Panorama City Medical Center recently and was pretty taken aback by the billing process. I felt like they weren't transparent about the costs, and I ended up being charged more than what I was initially told. It feels like they’re more interested in making a quick buck than genuinely helping out their patients. Really not impressed.
If couldn’t give this place a 0 star this is what they deserve I’m literally waiting with my son with his finger turning black because something really heavy fell on it and we were not even able to check in. We are waiting in a line waiting for the clerk to check us in. I’m so angry right now that I’m considering changing my plan somewhere else they remodel the whole hospital for what?? All the money they used should off gone towards more staff and doctors to take care of their patients better since they are the ones paying for all of their spending. Ps don’t write back to me with some fake apology!!!!! Do something about it!!!!!!
Horrible emergency room they don’t treat you with good quality care your just another number. Seems like they have a hurry up rush and discharge the patient immediately model. Many patients this ER have you sitting up in hard uncomfortable chairs for hours. They will take you in cram you in a tight room with other folks because they hardly ever have open rooms with beds. If they need bloodwork they call you and put you out in a hallway then they’ll take you back to the crammed room. I was back and forth from the hallway to the crammed room when all along I should have been in an er room with a bed. I was in pain and I felt very uncomfortable. I won’t return back and I may cancel Kaiser services
The only reason I gave a 4 is NOT because of the staff. The nurse Jessica was Amazing! It’s because now they don’t give any crackers, juice or ice packs that were given before. My mom was very dizzy after the procedure ….after fasting for some time before the procedure, the juice and crackers would have helped her tremendously! I’m not sure why they stopped giving anything to the patients, this is a multi million if not billion dollar company that can at provide its patients with things like that .
Emergency room is horrible very poor quality care. No sympathy or compassion the er is very mediocre they provide basic limited services and they only do the bare minimum to get you in and out. They have folks sitting up in hard uncomfortable chairs for hours. you could be very sick tired and in pain they don’t care and I’m sure folks could easily get misdiagnosed by some of these doctors so it’s always good to get a second or even a third doctor’s opinion.
