KaiZen Medical Group offers regenerative, rehabilitative, and preventive health care to residents of Scottsdale, Arizona. Our functional medicine and wellness facility specializes in helping patients increase their energy and mobility, so they can live their lives to the fullest.
Our philosophy emphasizes three roads to health:
Regenerative medicine helps the body to heal itself with nontoxic and noninvasive treatments.
Rehabilitative strategies increase strength and mobility while retraining the body how to function the right way.

I heard amazing things about Kaizen, and after going there I see why everyone loves it. The staff is wonderful and make you feel comfortable and welcome. The best part is they actually care about your concerns and progress, which is hard to come by in my experience. They rescan you to make sure your progress is going well, and talk you through every step of the way. If you are thinking of going to a chiropractor, I highly recommend Kaizen Progressive Health.
In early February I began looking for a chiropractor for my teenage daughter who was experiencing back pain. Never having been to a chiropractor myself, I decided to give it a try so my daughter would know what to expect. I had no clue how much technology went into the initial assessment and found out quickly that I could use an adjustment myself. It became very apparent that Dr. Steve and his team took their work very seriously and that they genuinely cared about your results. Both myself and my daughter began regularly seeing Dr. Steve and it didn't take long for my daughter's back to start feeling better. For myself, I experienced an unexpected result from my adjustments...my allergies that I had suffered from for decades completely disappeared. This time of year "Spring Time" was usually the most miserable time of year for me with runny nose, congestion, and sneezing. This is the first time in a very long time that I experienced zero allergies. Both my daughter and I cannot say enough about Dr. Steve and his entire team. We are both extremely grateful for the results we have experienced. We came in not knowing what to expect and found a doctor who not only could produce results, but we found a friend who truly cares for his patients.
This office is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am part way thru my program and feeling so much better. Best decision I have made in a long time to take care of my back pain! Has changed my daily life immensely!! Highly recommended!!
If I could give 6 stars I would. I have had an absolutely wonderful experience with Kaizen!  I first came to Kaizen with debilitating vertigo.  I was hopeless and afraid.  Not only did my treatments start to help right away but the loving care I have received in that scary time was equally as needed and appreciated.  I am feeling really good now and also have experienced unexpected relief from symptoms I didn't know would get better. My skin has cleared up! I didn't even know that was going to be a benefit.  Every single person in the office has shown me personally how much they love to help others.  It is made clear with every visit.  I will be forever grateful!
I can’t praise Kaizen Progressive Health enough! I have suffered from severe migraine headaches for the past 42 years. During those four decades, I researched and tried hundreds of treatments, medications, and remedies with little to no relief. Then one day, a recommendation to Kaizen Progressive Health, and their following treatments fundamentally changed my quality of life. I have gone from an average of 24 migraines a month, and now I am experiencing less than a few in the same period. So, I highly recommend to anyone suffering from migraines, back pain, or similar ailments, give Dr. Steve and Travis at Kaizen Progressive Health the chance to change the way you manage your pain. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed.
The chiropractor adjustments are amazing! Dr. Steve truly has changed the picture of my health. All of the staff members at KaiZen are so professional, friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I went in for neck and back pain originally and had never been to a Chiropractor before. Extremely relieved and happy to say that I no longer suffer in pain after attending regular weekly appointments! I highly recommend visiting this office and exploring all of the options they have to help make a specific individual plan for you. They’re flexible and truly listen to what you need. 5 stars all around!
I highly recommend Kaizen, truly an amazing office. They walk you through step by step on everything you need to know. They have many wonderful service that provide great resources as well. My 12 year old daughter loves coming here too. Thank you Dr. Steve and staff.
Kaizen is a great place for Chiropractic care! Dr. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and can answer all your chiropractic health related questions. I definitely felt the improvement through regular adjustments, and was able to see improvement from the Static EMG Amplitude exams. All of the staff is welcoming and down to earth. You will love your experience too!
Dr Steve and his staff are very courteous and professional! From Calle at the front desk greeting you with a smile and Travis the manager always looking after his clients and of course Dr Steve. I went in could barely walk due to the pain and after 4 weeks I am well on my way to a healthy body. If you need trigger point injections Joel is wonderful as well! Thanks Kaizen!
I would choose Kaizen over ANYWHERE else. They have won my trust and respect over and over with their care and service. They are quick to get you back on your feet and keep you there. With all of their in-office services and dedication to educating their clients on upkeeping their health and wellness, there is really no better choice. I had severe hip pain that would keep me up at night and constant pain from floating ribs. The night after my first appointment, I felt like crying from relief! On top of that, I began to notice that treatment was really helping to improve my digestive system. After 5 years of benefiting from their services, I have never left their office without a smile on my face and more pep in my step.
